Pleasant stay with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bed is very good.

Cons:

Bathrooms are in need of updating. The bench seating in the bar area looks like baby cots. Need to go back to original tables and chairs set up.

Loved the breakfast and location. Comfy bed and I loved the re-use water bottle. Thank you

I had trouble working out the adjustment on the air con - very minor in the big scheme of things

Lovely staff but terrible bed

The bed hurt my back, the other people in the hotel were so loud and I couldn’t sleep after driving 12 hours.

Pros:

I like how central it is to The Parramatta Leagues club, the stadium and supermarket (Coles) all in walking distance and the monorail station pretty much outside the hotel. The Children’s Hospital Westmead was not too far either.

Cons:

If I had to pick something I didn’t like would definitely be, how long it took for the hot water to warm up when wanting to have a shower.
