Pros:

It was nice and clean. Looked fancy. Good location for Parramatta. The breakfast was great - I LOVE the juicebar and pancake station.

Cons:

I wish the beds hadn’t been on wheels. That was super inconvenient. I also wish the pool had either been heated or that it had been advertised that it wasn’t. It was way too cold to use - much to my kids’ dismay. The spa was a comfortable temperature but not warm as expected. The shower in the room had virtually NO pressure. The was a weird lack of lights in the room.

Pros:

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, conveniently located and close to restaurants/ bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I think that with the price tag for an overnight stay it should come with a complimentary breakfast. Because we stayed for four nights they didn’t even offer a discount. I also think that the secure parking provided should be included in the price, not as an extra.

Would stay here again, room service was on time but missing items.
Pros:

Great location with parking available. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Ordered room service. Sent 1 set of cutlery for 2 meals, pancakes weren’t cooked and were missing items on the menu. No instructions to use phone so couldn’t call to get sorted. Breakfast didn’t get eaten.

Not worth it and I feel like the hotel specially is dirty

I had to go down and speak to a staff member about a broke Shower that was leaking . The paint looked badly done , there is only three lamps and the only light you really get is natural light . So if you wanna see you may have to open the window.
