Wonderful hotel located in the center of Ottawa downtown, tastefully decorated and the staff was lovely.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with lots of history. The location is right in the downtown Ottawa core, walkable to many attractions and activities. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Von außen schönes Hotel, leider würde ich dort nicht mehr übernachten.
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lobby bzw. Restaurant ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alt und verwohnt. Einzig das Bett war bequem. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite und die war leider nicht ihr Geld wert.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

The staff, from Valet to doorman to reception. The room is good size, some furniture showed the age ( bedside table, the chair ). Angelina at the bar was exceptional, made good drinks and knows Ottawa well. I want to mention the valet and doorman again for their great work. We had good breakfast at Zoe's.

Cons:

Pricey. Check in at 4 pm !!! I checked the room rate while waiting for the room and showed significantly lower rate. The hotel may have unoccupied rooms and yet we could not get an early check in.

Douche qui ne coule pas! l’eau reste dans le bain douche! équipements sales et désuets pour le prix! Horrible rapport qualité/Prix pour une suite! La tapisserie moisie dans la salle de bain.. Franchement déconcertant!
