Lousy breakfast. Inexperienced staff, took a long time to get a room, charged for two cars but had one, shower went cold after 3 minutes for both of us.
Better and more variety of food. See Europe as example.fix shower. Refund the overcharge on parking. Why even charge for parking?

Location was great- close to interstate and easy to get to. Lots of food options nearby.
Pillows were not good. We didn’t have the correct room type available. We booked 2 queens via booking.com and only had a king available. We were able to make do. The bathroom vanity and sink were pulling away from the wall and the shower door was not closing well so shower leaked all over. Couldn’t use the body wash because it was not open and we could not get it open.

I had to change room , because the room furniture was being shampooed .
The staff was friendly even though they were having computer issues. For the most the room was very clean.
There were the typical hotel cleanliness issues. Behind the pull out TV was very dusty. The toilet paper holder was loose. One of the bathroom tiles had a huge crack. Beds were hard. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Bedside table was stained.
The property was very clean, comfortable and close to many restaurants and the freeway. I was working at the Air Force Academy and the gate was one exit away, which made it convenient. The staff was nice, the fridge and microwave in the room were an added bonus.
It would’ve been nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast or even some yogurts, also my reservation was not able to be found at first, so it took quite a long time to check in although the person at the desk was very kind and helpful.
