So horrible I did NOT stay and asked for a refund.

The property was not clean smelled of pot throughout. The room was unclean the bed was NOT clean and extremely unsanitary. Clearly the sheets had been slept in and had satins. They tried to cover up the sheets with the comforter 🤮. Always be sure to check under the comforter. I checked in with my 3 year old granddaughter and checked out in less than 5 minutes. The man at the front desk was extremely rude

Pros:

The gentleman working the front desk during my 4-Hour check-in was extremely helpful. Although he was not at fault for anything. The third party vendor I used to book canceled my reservation while I was standing there talking to him and they were on the phone with him. They hung up on him. Would not do anything to help me after being with them for over 30 years. I proceeded to tell them to cancel my membership and I would therefore become a booking.com loyal customer.The gentleman at the front desk get all in his power to take care of us and we are most appreciative. Should be recognized and given the recognition he deserves.

Cons:

No hot tub and the pool was a little cool.

Fix your showers that was absolutely trash no water pressure you might as well. Get a garden hose to get to your custome

The only thing I didn’t like about the place there’s no shower pressure whatsoever might as well use a garden hose. I stayed in room 139. That shower was trash.

The beds were great, and the a/c worked really well

Cons:

The toilet was not clean, some of the towels were thread bare(one even had holes all in it) and they all looked stained and dingy, and the bathroom was tiny. The facility seemed outdated(I am sure when it first opened it was a very unigue place to stay), the breakfast was a little disappointing, but the gentleman working the breakfast area was extremely nice and very helpful.

Waking up to cockroaches everywhere in the tub on the walls in the bathroom and beside the bed checked in around 9 that evening and at 4 am we woke up to roaches everywhere then the night window woman said she didn't know what to tell us as we leaving couldn't tell us who the manager was or anything gave us an email which has yet to be answered said they can't give us a refund because we went through a third party to book the room after we had to call 3 different times in a week before anyone would answer then they were very rude and yelling then said they would hang up on my wife if she didn't stop talking we even showed them pictures of the room and all the roaches would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and nice.

Cons:

The breakfast - no bacon or sausage or eggs. Cheese crackers with peanut butter does not cut it.
No elevator!!!! I could not believe it! That is not good for an old lady!

It was clean and the beds were alright. Wouldn’t come back again.

It was clean and the furniture was at least updated.

Cons:

The front desk staff were rude both nights, the breakfast spread was kind of a joke, I don’t know if the walls are just super thin or everyone was extremely loud but you could hear everyone above you all night, the staff was pressure washing outside for hours and because of the way that the rooms are set up you could hear that echo the entire time and for 89-105 a night you’d think they could do a little better is all I’m saying.

Very friendly checkin

Cons:

Being charged $50 for two small dogs that cause no extra work for the hotel. I pick up after them outside and leave no trace inside. They are not a bother to anyone. If no damage to room, $50 should be refunded
