The spa area and pool were always very busy. Couldn’t book any treatments when we were there as full the entire time we were there.
Nothing as we did not stay there because our room which was prepaid and we had checked in on line was cancelled by hotel 30 mins before our arrival . Very poor show although they did find alternative accommodation.

Camere e bagno moderni e puliti.
L’albergo è molto grande e questo fa perdere un po’ del suo fascino perché ti trovi a percorrere corridoi interi di camere e di porte!
Looked lovely outside and foyer
Arrived to check in, and told that due to computer glitch, the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a room. No advanced warning, booked and paid in advance. They relocated us to Norwood Hall Hotel.
Rooms were spotless, stylish and comfortable.
Staff at reception, bar and restaurant very welcoming and service was excellent.
Food at dinner delicious and breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh.
We've stayed before and will definitely return.

Loved the bed, so comfy! Shower and all room facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great.
The spa. The pool was nice, but the steam room and sauna were just warm cupboards!some work required to fix them.
Breakfast coffee machine was broken and it was a dark room. Couldn't get a room on tye same floor as my children.

La chambre pour 3 personnes, la 3ieme personne dors sur un canapé lit tres tres inconfortable. On sent les ressorts de sommier et le matelat est assez fin..c'est indigne d'un hotel de ce type.
Det var en dejlig pool
Det var meget varmt på værelset uden mulighed for afkøling. Det var kun muligt at åbne det ene vindue meget lidt.
Desuden ville vi bestille om morgenen bestille afternoon tea til om eftermiddag. Det blev afvist af en lidt ældre, meget lidt imødekommende og lettere sur ansat i receptionen, som oplyste at det skulle gøres 24 timer før. Det stod ikke på deres hjemmeside, og det var også muligt at bestille til den ønskede tid via hjemmesiden. Vi bookede via hjemmesiden, og da vi ankom til det bookede tidspunkt afbestilte den receptionisten vores booking. Hvis det med de 24 timer havde stået på hjemmesiden, havde vi booket dagen før.
