Falls wir wieder mal nach Schottland kommen, würden wir wieder dort übernachten.

Es gibt Frühstücksbüffet, es war alles da, was man für ein gutes Frühstück brauchte.

Correcto pero con falta de mantenimiento.
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda con un par de deficiencias.
Desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

La situación de las habitaciones dio la impresión de estar en el fin del mundo. Lejos de cualquier servicio del hotel.
Habitaciones que se reservan para emergencias y huéspedes de una sola noche.
La habitación con un par de desperfectos: las cortinas descolgadas y el cuarto de baño con el desagüe de la ducha atascado.

Ein schönes Schloss , außen und innen toll , preiswert und ruhig. Leider ein bisschen außerhalb, keine Anbindung an ÖPNV
Pros:

Das Haus ist toll , hat viel Charme , das Personal meist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut , hat aber noch Potential nach oben. Das Restaurant war am ersten Abend sehr gut , das schottische Rind war exzellent, die Soße ein Traum. Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Snacks auf dem Zimmer , top. Die Bar und die Whisky Bar waren toll.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht einfach zugezogen werden , der Schnapper war defekt. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen , Müll auf dem Balkon. Am zweiten Tag war das Restaurant nur mittelmäßig. Die Grillplatte war maximal Imbiss Niveau , das Steak trocken obwohl medium rare bestellt , das Huhn war auch trocken , die Rippchen waren OK. Das Beste am Gericht waren die Soßen , die Grillplatte war enttäuschend.

schöne Lage

Cons:

Zimmer dreckig, Bad und Fenster schimmelig, Flur zum Zimmer ebenfalls sehr dreckig und mit muffigem Geruch.
die "normalen" Zimmer scheinen okay zu sein, die Hundefreundlichen Zimmer sollten nicht angeboten werden.
Beim Frühstück nur wenig Auswahl, als wir schimmelnde Weintrauben in der Obstschale fanden, war der Hunger gestillt...
