Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, es muy céntrico y cerca de pu tos de interés

Cons:

Me cuesta creer que sea un hotel 5 estrellas y se llame hotel boutique, que la recepción tenga es restaurante y catering justo detrás es bastante caótico, as habitaciones están super mal insonorizadas, el ruido de las calle es terrible por las noches lo que impide descansar bien

Amazing stay

Amazing location - room clean and comfortable
Very good area on first floor for meeting
Coffee shop was lovely and good selection of food

Cons:

Olin varannut Bookingin kautta junior sviitin. Juuri ennen menoa sieltä tuli viesti, etteivät he hyväksy koiria. Tarkistin sivuilta ja suoraan Bookingilta pitääkö paikkansa. Ei ollut mitään kieltoa missään. Downgreidasivat meidät sitten toiseen huoneeseen.

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, angenehmes Zimmer, komfortables Bett, Zubereitung von Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer möglich

Cons:

Laute Musik aus Autos und Motorengeheul stört die Nachtruhe am Wochenende in der Nacht. Da die Fenster keine Lärmschutzfenster sind, hört man das ziemlich laut. Das Hotel ist charmant, 5 Sterne würde ich ihm allerdings nicht geben - z.B. abgenutzter, fleckiger Teppichboden/ Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, aber nicht exquisit.

Inte 5 stjärnor i mitt tycke men en fin 4:a!

Läget, frukosten, utsikten
Och en underbart trevlig och serviceminded bartender!

Cons:

Unken lukt på det ena rummet ( nr 416), samt lös vattenkran i handfatet ( rum 415). Vi fick en oväntad uppsträckning av frukostvärd att vi båda vänner skulle beställa kaffe samtidigt, vilket vi hade gjort, men bara fick en istället för två, och bad därför om en till. Onödig kommentar, utan ursäkt från denne.

Älskar Diplomat och vi bor alltid på hotellet för det är enligt oss det bästa i sthlm.

Cons:

Rummet vad sämre än någonsin och inte alls i samma standard som vi brukar bo. Standard som svit. Tv urkopplat - fläckar på bord, slitage mm

Servicen sämre - inte lika trevlig personal
Lång tid för frukost eller service

Vi älskar hotellet men kanske var just denna gång
