Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Séjour top, les chambres sont formidables, lits excellents, salle de bain impeccable et l’hôtel est très bien placé dans la ville nous avons tout fait à pied.

Idealna lokalizacja obiektu i cudowna, wiosenna pogoda osłodziła wszystko.
Pros:

Miła obsługa w recepcji, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Śniadanie nie oszałamiające jak na taki hotel, obsługa na śniadaniu ponura, w pokoju dosyć zimno.

Hotell med intresant historia och vacker inredning.
Pros:

Vackert hotell med trevlig och uppmärksam personal. Rummet var fint och rymligt, mycket bra dusch. Närhet till dramaten. Skön säng och lugna färger i rummet.

Cons:

Tyvärr fanns doft av målarfärg i rummet och vi vaknade med huvudvärk.

Das Hotel hat eine persönliche Note. Sehr viel Charme. Gutes Restaurant und sehr nettes Servicepersonal.

Cons:

Der Komfort des Bades ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß . Abfluss der Badewanne verrostet.
Private Sauna an 2 Tagen nicht warm zur gebuchten Zeit und an einem anderen Tag Buchung nicht eingetragen. Darf bei dem gewünschten Niveau nicht wiederholt passieren
Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag erst nach Aufforderung um 16 Uhr.

Great hotel, but only if you get the right room!
Pros:

Staff made lots of efforts, but obviously Booking screwed up.

Cons:

the rooms and the whole huzzle. Mini rooms, no views, small bed inspite having asked for twin beds.

Pros:

Läget är perfekt centralt och nära det mesta i vacker omgivning. Bekväma och stilrena rum och ger ett exklusivt intryck hela hotellet. Fantastisk frukost!!

Really disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful building with lovely views

Cons:

The rooms aren’t soundproofed, and face a road the locals like to use for illegal street racing, and just generally revving their engines. Got three hours sleep on the first night before being moved to the 5th floor. Staff in the restaurant are slow (8 couple deep queues waiting for seats) and unhelpful. Got charged over $500 to launder 3 shirts, a pair of trousers and some Ts/underwear because it was a weekend…
