Lovely hotel with exceptionally good service
Pros:

My room was lovely. I asked for a nice room with a balcony and a quiet location and received it upon arrival. I came early and they accommodated me anyway. The staff was phenomenal. Anything I asked for received quickly. Even in the middle of the night, I asked for coffee and it was delivered promptly.

Cons:

For me, the dinner menu was quite limited. The dinner was sometimes good and sometimes not very good.

Good location but definitely not a five star hotel!
Pros:

The location and the building is beautiful but….

Cons:

Not a 5 star hotel anymore, the hotel needs an update and better cleaning in the room and in the restaurant area.

The bathroom, in our room, smelled mold. We had a small compensation for this, but not enough after 3 nights stay.

We have stayed at this hotel about 6-7 times but never again. Sorry to say!

Pros:

Really wonderful- fully deserved its 5 stars! The welcome was very friendly, , very nice room with small balcony, wonderful breakfast and directly at the strand gatans, 5 min walk to the boat station. Outstanding!

Like living in a Swedish historical movie
Pros:

Such a delight and incredible place to stay and base point to discover the surrounding area and Stockholm. It’s a historic and beautiful place where it feels like you are living in a movie. Active and alive hotel with great staff and services. A must stay

Fijn hotel maar ga niet aan de voorkant slapen
Pros:

Ligging, waardoor je snel overal bent en huurstepjes naast het hotel om je snel door de stad te verplaatsen. Personeel erg vriendelijk en goed!

Cons:

Het hotel ligt aan de grootste en drukste straat van Stockholm en de ramen van het hotel zijn erg slecht geïsoleerd. Bij een kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel hoor je echt alles. Van scheurende autos tot trams en feestende gasten op de boten tegenover het hotel tot sirenes. Wij konden hierdoor echt niet slapen en hebben om andere kamer gevraagd. Personeel ging hier goed mee om!
