Better communication about dining
Pros:

I experienced a power outage in my apartment complex near the hotel. I enjoyed my stay, but this morning I needed to go to work and walk down to the breakfast buffet. When I checked in last night, I was under the impression that breakfast was available starting at 6 AM. However, I was disappointed to learn that I required a voucher to dine, which I could have purchased. I was initially told that breakfast was included in my stay, and I was not aware of the voucher requirement. It should be communicated better that when checking in at the front desk, staff should inform guests that the breakfast buffet is not complimentary and that a voucher is required for breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and not too far away from what Houston has to offer
Pros:

The girls on reception were very friendly when checking us in. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Our room overlooked the pool. Parking was free and we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

Cons:

The $50 room deposit has yet to be refunded and is still pending on my account nearly a month later.

A Dining Experience That Stood Out
Pros:

My dining experience was truly a delight!

The chef Damian made sure he frequently came out to make sure we were okay and enjoying our experience and food. That is exceptional service like no other let alone the food that was incredibly delicious.

Not only did the food stand out but the drinks that the bartender Celmy made were also amazing and perfect!

I overall had an experience that stood out compared to places that couldn’t compete with this one. I will definitely be back to dine here often!!!

Impeccable Service and Incredible Cuisine
Pros:

What an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding.

The chef, Damian, created an absolutely incredible meal. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great skill and attention to detail. You can truly tell there’s a passion for excellence behind every plate.

The bartender, Celmy, also deserves special recognition for crafting amazing cocktails that were perfectly balanced, creative, and complemented our meal beautifully.

It’s rare to find a hotel restaurant where the food, drinks, and service all exceed expectations, but this place absolutely delivered. I highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back!

Amazing value, amazing rooms
Pros:

The rooms have been updated and the suites are massive and well appointed and maintained. The price represents exceedingly good value. Housekeeping was great and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant and its room service were equally good, although breakfast was oddly disappointing in comparison.

Goes without saying you need a car to stay here, although hardcore transit users like me can make it work, even with luggage and even to the airport for $1.25 (it’s a 2 hour trek).

The hotel is clean and well managed. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy access.

I paid extra to have breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was NOT good. Honestly, probably the worst I have ever had. The food was not good at all and I am not picky about the food in general. For what I paid extra for this buffet was way over priced. very little selection. Bad eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon, really rough looking french toast and some muffins. Even the smaller hotels do a much better job of a much bigger selection and quality. Waited a long time for a server to come by and get my drink order as well.
Then, I guess they have issues with their satellite so my tv was non stop glitching, that is, once I was able to get the tv working. The remote had some issues so they sent someone to check the tv. After messing with it for a while and plugging and unplugging some things in the back, the remote finally responded and you could change the channel but you couldn't get all the channels. He went and got another remote but the same. Then the remote wouldn't respond about an hour or so later and I couldn't adjust the volume or change the channel again. When I checked out, I couldn't even turn off the tv because the remote or the tv wasn't working properly. Since I was there recuperating from a medical procedure, this was pretty bad and inconvenient. I expected much more from this hotel honestly.
