We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Hotel.

It was clean and convenient to the animal hospital.

It was noisy. I believe we were sharing the 3rd floor with a Brazilian soccer team and they were loud.

Gorgeous and phenomenal renovation with the sweetest staff!
Pros:

Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised the minute I walked into the beautiful lobby. It had been completely renovated and updated. It was breathtaking.!! I find it so heartwarming that they even remembered me from a previous visit… the staff here are always so sweet and accommodating. You could not ask for a better location. The hallways everything has been redone upon entering my room. Everything was modern and sparkling, clean with comfortable linens and very soft towels. I can’t believe I’m even writing a review before I’ve even completed my first night. I was not taken back by this property and how the renovations have elevated it that much. I absolutely love all of the tiny details, even like the plug-ins that have different outlets for different cords, such detail was put into this renovation. I already cannot wait to complete my visit and return.

Pros:

Bon quatre étoiles facile d'accès au bord du périphérique; voiture indispensable, vaste parking gratuit. Galeria à un quart d'heure, hyper centre à une demi heure et NASA visitors center à trois quarts d'heure, le tout en voiture bien entendu.
Demander une chambre côté piscine, sinon on dort sur l'autoroute !

Pros:

I've stayed at the hotel several times and it used to be a prime location for me and my friends.

Cons:

It has taken 30 days for me to receive my $150 incidental charge back and they were responsive but stopped. We will be changing hotels going forward.

Secret surprise dining experience
Pros:

Easy access to and from the freeways, clean and quite.
Now let's talk (Rave) about the food, it is by far the most wonderful surprise to be able to sit down and enjoy some 5 star dining for a regular easy to digest budget.
We have to try a little bit of everything!!! You should too! Love it here

Buena, pero con poca empatía y atención en la recepción

la limpieza y las recamaras son muy comodas

que el personal de recepción no hable varios idiomas, es lo mínimo que esperas, mas siendo un hotel con las estrellas que se mencionan, lo mínimo que esperas es que hablen una variedad de idiomas, en especial español, mas estando en texas, esta mucho mas capacitado el personal del restaurante que los de la recepción.
Hablas en español y hasta se molestan, eso no me gusto, muy mala actitud en la gente de recepción

Pros:

Location was good. Value was good. Staff was superb.

The customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I explained to my daughter the value of great service and how it leads to future business. We will definitely stay here again.
