Great location, close to everything. Large room but sparsely furnished. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.
Bed was too soft so uncomfortable.
Breakfast at restaurant was poor so did not eat there again.
Hotel needs to improve maintenance eg.
Sensor light above outside door didn't work so dark at night, Shower stall leaked in room 105 and Had leak from inside the wall behind the basin in bathroom of room 103.
Location is excellent and well priced
The furnishings are nice but sparse. (One side of the bed has a night table and lamp but not the other.
A chair lounger but only fits 1 person so if 2 people - no where to sit. Would be nice to have a small table by the chair
Good shower and towels.
The complimentary continental breakfast (so essentially juice and coffee w a roll) is 2-3 blocks away)
The location is wonderful; staff helpful High ceilings. Good shower.
Worth the stay for the location alone but tho some things to improve - overall a worthwhile enjoyable stay

The room was very clean and huge. Large comfortable bed. Location was great. Great water pressure and hot water in shower. Fluffy towels. The hotel put in a new floor in the lobby area and it is beautifully done.
I liked everything. I would have liked coffee in the morning. The breakfast included was a few blocks away and skimpy so we just paid for breakfast at a cafe.
La ubicación
El cuarto 105 está a lado del cuarto de lavado. La primera noche no logramos dormir porque hay ruido constante (nunca logré identificar si dejaban prendidas las lavadoras en la noche). La cama estaba extremadamente suave (literalmente me hundía). Las almohadas, deberían de cambiarlas.
Ahora, el espacio donde estaba el gimnasio, mínimo deberían taparlo. Pensé que ese espacio estaba habilitado, entré y me di cuenta que es un espacio donde dejan deshechos. Lo mismo con el espacio que tienen en el patio. La puerta está abierta, me asomé y es pura basura. Eso no da buena impresión. En resumen, salí convencido de que pagué de más.
Hubicacion
Estaba bañándome y se terminó el agua y ya no pude concluir con bañarme,le comenté a la encargada y su respuesta fue que me podía cambiar a otra habitación lo cual no estuve de acuerdo porque no había agua en las tuberías y me hubiera pasado lo mismo
Perfect location, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent SMART TV, charming (though not proactive) reception staff, a delightful and peaceful courtyard (though occupancy during our stay was low).
A coffee maker (in camera on pic 31/34) and luggage stands would have been good. Johnny's Piano Bar streetside might disturb some but finishes by 11PM. But the main negative in a word, was "breakfast". We booked "breakfast included". That implies "on site" unless otherwise noted on the booking.com website. On arrival we were advised that "breakfast" was, yes, included in our room rate but was to be had at an establishment 2 1/2 long blocks, appx 8 mins each way from the hotel and starting only at 9AM. Worse, we were not handed printed tickets detailing this "breakfast" either on check-in or indeed when checking its location on our first morning, we were unaware that "breakfast" was very basic, certainly not worth the walk, and which led to our inadvertently ordering a very poor quality omelette at a price excessive for its quality. Suggest the hotel reduces its (otherwise reasonable) room rates by the small cost to them of that "breakfast" to offer 'Room Only" terms as there are excellent breakfast places just a few paces away for those who wish.
Staff was so friendly, clean rooms, Great location close to everything.
No parking. So I have to pay like $10 dollars everyday to have my car in a public parking. Plus I notice that they use my car the public parking lot people. This is a parking location the hotel recommended me. No bueno

Les chambres sont vastes et bien aménagées.
Le patio pourrait être agréable….
Le petit déjeuner compris… certes, il existe, mais il est pauvre, servi dans un restaurant à 800 mètres de l’hôtel… et seulement à partir de 9:00 !
Donc si vous voulez un hôtel avec petit déjeuner… fuyez !
L’absence de service du personnel… occupé à regarder des séries sur l’ordinateur de l’accueil…
