Super one night stay, staff were very helpful, nothing was a problem.

Location was within walking distance to train station and bus stop. Room was comfortable size for 2 pax, facilities/shower was clean, staff were friendly and approachable

I enjoyed my stay and felt that the hotel was cheerful and good value for money.
Pros:

It was fresh, clean and well kept. The staff were kind and professional.

Cons:

The bed was a bit lumpy and I could hear water rushing through the pipes.

We felt like home
Pros:

Great hotel location on a quiet street, very close to Olympia, the Kensington Gardens, the Design Museum and Hyde Park.
The employees are extremely nice and helpful, always making sure that the guests are enjoying their stay. Should there be even a minor inconvenience, it is solved immediately. We were impressed by their professionalism.
The breakfast was not very varied, but good.
We will be happy to return if we visit London again.

Cons:

The room and bathroom (especially the sink) were very small and there was no refrigerator.

A perfect stay
Pros:

The staff were so lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room although in reality small, perfectly organised for a single person. There was everything I needed, it was comfortable, super clean and really quiet!
I honestly thought this would be a lesson for any hotel conducting business, especially in London. It made me look onto other Sheraton hotels and their affiliates in UK and Europe.
