Perfect place for short stay in Hamburg
Pros:

So I asked AI which is the best hotel in Hamburg for breakfast - and it did not hallucinate :-) Breakfast spread was indeed superb. But a word of caution - a six course breakfast is ill advised when you have so many things to go see in Hamburg. The hotel is perfectly placed to walk to all the central attractions of the city - from the Fish Market to the Rathaus, the Maritime Museum and Model World. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Absence of decaff coffee and tea options in the room - only available on request downstairs. Given Hamburg's importance in the coffee trade (see Coffee Museum :-) ) this was a slight frustration.

Wonderful breakfast, very good fitness room. Location very central.

Cons:

Having to ask for someone to help with luggage, in a 5 star hotel that should be automatic. Stingy amenities, no robes.

Sehr gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen, ideal zum Erkunden von Hamburg
Pros:

Perfekte Lage um Hamburg zu erkunden. Gute Zimmer, guter Service, gutes Frühstück. Parkhaus vorhanden. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Parkhaus kann mann nicht im Voraus buchen.

מלון מצוין במיקום טוב, משקיף על התעלה.
Pros:

המלון נמצא במיקום מצוין. מארוחת הבוקר נשקף נוף של התעלה, וזה נעים ונחמד. המיטה נוחה מאוד. הכריות טובות גם כן. החדר נקי ומסודר. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה.

Cons:

הייתי מצפה למיץ תפוזים סחוט טבעי במלון 5 כוכבים.
בנוסף, ציינתי בהזמנה שאנחנו חוגגים יום הולדת, ובניגוד למלונות אחרים (אפילו 4 כוכבים) לא הייתה איזושהי מחווה מצד המלון. חבל.
