Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage aber trotzdem sehr ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen.....es war ein Traum. Der Weg zum Musical ist fußläufig machbar und ist entspannend. Daumen hoch für das Hotel

Nicht so schön! Hamburg dennoch Super!

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und auf der Abendterrasse.
Weltklasse Sauvignon Blanc aus Neuseeland. PER DEBITKARTE SOFORT BEZAHLT ;-)

Cons:

Nicht zum ersten Mal im STEIGENBERGER über Booking.com gebucht aber das erste Mal nicht sofort bezahlt sondern es konnte nur online reserviert werden. Ankunft nachts angemeldet und vorher online eingecheckt. Debitkarte nur mit Sicherheitsleistung 300 EUR Minibar und Sofortzahlung akzeptiert. Online CheckIn unvollständig übermittelt. Upgrade gebucht, nicht verfügbar („Ausgebucht“) was das kleinste Problem war. Nachts Ankommen und 20 Minuten ein unschönes finanzielles und „Begleitperson“ Abfragen an der Gottlob, menschenleeren Reception.
Abfluss Sanitärbereich fürchterlicher Gestank. („Sie haben ein schönes Zimmer, Flussseite gebucht“) Riesenspinne hinter der Gardine. Staubwolken im Nachtspot am Bett beim ins Bett gehen und Zudecken.
6 Nächte gebucht.
Abends spät ausgecheckt. Zur erneuten Gesamt Zahlung aufgefordert. Personal überfordert. 20 Minuten! Kaution Minibar nicht Retour gebucht. (Am nächsten Werktag jedenfalls nicht auf dem Konto) Wieder ein unschönes Gefühl beim Auschecken vom Personal vermittelt.

Sehr spät angereist und sehr früh abgereist weil 8 Stunden Anreise und Heimweg mit dem Privatfahrzeug. Keine „Sonderbehandlung“ gewünscht sondern Voll gebucht und trotzdem von der Reception wie ein ungebetener Gast behandelt.
