Jederzeit wieder. Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

Buchung flop - Aufenthalt außergewöhnliche
Pros:

Tolle Lage vor Ort ein toller Service.

Cons:

Ich hatte für meine Kinder eine Übernachtung über Booking gebucht zu einem guten Preis.ich hatte eine Woche zu zeitig gebucht.
Ich musste bei der Veränderung 100,00 € mehr bezahlen. Auch eine Rücksprache die erfolgte konnte nicht helfen. Schade so ein großes Unternehmen ohne Toleranz.

Alles tiptop. Personal super freundlich. Komfortable Betten, tolles Bad! Schöner Blick!

Cons:

Die Duschseife war nicht aufgefüllt am Anreisetag. Behälter war leer.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt in top Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus quasi direkt vor der Tür. Jungfernstieg, Speicherstadt, Elbphilharmonie auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zimmer klimatisiert, sauber, geräumig, ruhig (bei geschlossenem Fenster). Tolles Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, was allerdings bei 35 € Kosten auch erwartet werden kann. Tiefgarage unterhalb des Hotels, mit Aufzug direkt erreichbar. Aufzug kann nur mit Zimmerkarte bedient werden, was den Zugang sicherer macht.

Cons:

Nachts Fenster öffnen unmöglich wegen Lautstärke und Mücken. Superior Zimmer hatte Badewanne, was zuvor nicht erwähnt wurde bzw. bei der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht gezielt ausgewählt werden konnte - ist nicht jedermanns Fall. Eine ebenerdige Dusche wäre komfortabler.

Wer ein gutes Hotel in einer guten Lage von HH möchte ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Es hat alles in diesem Hotel gepasst.
Vom sehr netten Empfang über das gute Frühstück bis hin zur Sauberkeit. S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir sagen Dankeschön und kommen gerne wieder.

Tyylikäs hotelli huippusijainnilla Hampurin ydinkeskustassa.
Pros:

Keskeinen sijainti ja erityisen hyvä saavutettavuus lentokentältä. Superior-huoneemme kanaalinäkymällä vastasi odotuksia ja oli oikein siisti. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi loistavasti vierailumme aikaisista ennätyshelteistä huolimatta. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen.

Miinuspuolena ainoastaan ajoittain huoneeseen kantautuneet keskustan vilkkaan liikenteen, erityisesti hälytysajoneuvojen äänet.
