Too expensive for what it is.
Cons:

The price for the value I cannot compute. I loved Bar Harbor but I wouldn’t stay here again. Over 1k for 2 nights at a non-luxury motel is hard to understand. It’s not in the thick of things so you’re walking or driving to the main areas. My room key barely worked then stopped working.

Get a balcony room so you are on the 2nd floor & don't have to listen to guests stomp at night

The room was clean enough

Cons:

We had a room on the first floor and the people staying in the room above us stopped until 11:30 at night and started back up again at 4:30am. We paid over three hundred dollars for the priveledge to get almost no sleep. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable and also did not help the situation. At 5 am I informed the desk person that we would be checking out and not spending the additional night we had planned on.

Good Location, Too Expensive for What You Get
Pros:

The location was really good. The walk from the motel to town was ten minutes. Acadia was only ten minutes from the motel too.

Cons:

For the price we paid, the room and "grab and go" breakfast was poor. The chairs in the room were stained. Breakfast was in the main lobby, and by 9:00 AM, there was no oatmeal or fresh fruit.

Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff! Well stocked essentials for hiking in Acadia. Water, fruit, protein bars. Take what you want as much as you wanted. Also coffee 24/7.

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel.
Pros:

This was close to Bar Harbor.

Cons:

The beds were small and uncomfortable. They said they were queen beds, but they seemed like double beds.

Very convenient to Downtown Bar Harbor, pet friendly and Free parking
Pros:

Our room was large, modern and very clean. TV worked great, floors were tiled - which I like more than nasty carpet. AC works well and there's a ceiling fan in the room! We were in an ADA room, which we didn't need, but also didn't mind. It looked roomy enough for anyone in a wheelchair. Bathroom was large with wide door. Shower was a nice level floor roll in. There was a convenient shower chair for use and grab bars around the toilet. Double shower head with one being a handheld. Hotel is nice short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. And parking is FREE. Nice grab and go breakfast, free coffee, water and snacks available all day.

Cons:

The bathroom door is very hard to close and then hard to open and makes a lot of noise. Not too nice in the middle of the night.
