Great stay!
Pros:

Very quiet, clean and comfortable! Location was great. 5 minute drive to Acadia National Park and within walking distance of downtown. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect for getting out quick and getting to the Park. Liked having hot coffee and tea available all day.

Lovely visit to Mount Desert Island. Seasider as a decent place to stay with an excellent location.

Pros:

good location with free parking, comfortable beds, better discounted rates than similar properties, coffee, bottled water & snacks available all day

Cons:

only one comfortable chair in the room, breakfast was minimal, mostly plain cereal, muffins, danishes, drinks
typical average motel room.

Just tolerable.
Pros:

Staff was great. Protein bars were great. Yogurt would be nice.

Cons:

They put us in a handicap room. The bathroom door wouldnt close. Thebathroom Sink ran slow. The room didn't cool much, toilet seat was broken. Staff was great. Just a lot of money for such a crappy room.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the 24 hour coffee/tea bar. We also appreciated the water filling station in the lobby. We liked that the location was walkable to all the downtown attractions but still a reasonable price.

Adequate Accommodation for visiting Bar Harbor
Pros:

The location was good for access to Acadia Nat'l Park and for driving downtown. There were some breakfast items available in the morning and a breakfast area to eat. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room which we used. The bathroom was on the larger side and had a bathtub which was welcomed.

Cons:

The entry to the room was totally from the outside which showed a good amount of wear. The room size was okay, but not really large enough to accommodate the table/desk in the room which was right at the door entry and made everything cramped.
