The convenience
The stains in the furniture.
The light in dining room flickering. I went to front desk and they were supposed to fix it but didn’t.
Staff was friendly
No elevator , we were only on the second floor but we had strollers and suitcases .
Our key didnt work multiple times
Our fridge didn’t work our food spoiled and couldn’t keep milk for our kids (2,3) which they did accommodate us.
Blankets were stained pink ?? And tub had mold
Bloew average cleanliness throughout our weeks stay. Went 3 days without hot water and couldnt shower. Outdoor areas like lighting, fireplace etc not working all week with no attempt to fix. No comforter on bed, used a mattress cover wrapped in a fitted sheet as a replacement. No fruit put out for the entire week. Pool cloudy with slick walls. Reported issues many times but nothing fixed.
Staff are incredibly friendly and clearly work hard and do their best 24/7
The breakfast was SOOO crowded. i wish there was more room for it

The staff were amazing. Very nice & friendly.
It was very nasty & dirty throughout the hotel. Even the lobby was trashed around 5pm when I arrived. The breakfast lobby hadn’t been clean. No trash bags in trash can. Food all on the countertops & floor. In my room I observed that it hadn’t been clean at. All bloody sheets still on the bed & hair & dust all in the restroom. It was horrible
The bed was okay and the air conditioning worked well.
The bathroom shower flooded as soon as it got turned on, I had to use the hand held shower head the entire time. On top of that, the water never got warm.
Staff was Pleasent.
Bathroom: Barely had warm water and water pressure. The carpets felt as though they had layer of dirt inside them.
Other than the staff in the office I really don't anything to comment on what I liked.
The refrigerator in the room did not work during my 3-day stay. I requested housekeeping every day and on the first day they did not clean it. I was gone the whole day and came back to a dirty room. The office did make a adjustment to my bill for the non working refrigerator and the housekeeping error.There were items that needed to be repaired a flickering light, a leaky toilet and I needed assistance to read the label on the air conditioning / heating system. I couldn't decipher what was cool what was hot. I informed the office on my checking out that the toilet was continually leaking water into the bowl and did not stop leaking during my whole stay. In regards to the look on the outside of the hotel the grass needed to be cut and there were weeds in and all the flower beds that have grown quite tall.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here for a couple days this was our 4th time in 2 years and we’ll definitely be back this fall! It’s clean, breakfast is good beds are comfortable and staff is always nice. We go to cedar point twice a year and it’s perfect for my family.
