Pros:

Das einchecken an der Rezeption ging schnell und der Herr sehr freundlich.
Die Lage dresHotels am Ilmpark ist wunderschön und der Sparziergang dadurch vetsüßte uns stets den Weg in die Innenstadt und zurück.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, wenn auch sauber. Beim Frühstück war es trubelig und übervoll, so dass wir außerhalb des Restaurants im Foyer des 1. OG saßen. Da war es wenigstens ruhig.
Die Auseahl beim Frühstück war überschaubar und wenig individuell oder liebevoll angerichtet. Dafür war der Preis nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Pros:

Für eine Übernachtung war das Zimmer ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Das Badezimmer -obwohl sauber- wirkt nicht frisch und sollte renoviert werden.

Pros:

situation idéale, personnel serviable en général, propreté impeccables et petites attentions pour les clients supers. Merci aux gars du bar si ils n'avaient pas été la la note aurait été catastrophique.

Cons:

il y a une convention avec un groupe qui arrive et aucune information n'est donnée pour les résidents que le restaurant ne sera pas accessible. résultat on est 18h30 à devoir commander un repas au bar qui fait bistrot aussi, sur une carte réduite du restaurant, les repas préparés au restaurant, et à devoir manger dans un endroit inadapté. pour après voir tout le monde débarquer au bar avec du personnel super sympa et dévoué qui est dépassé par le nombre.

Cons:

Leider erst ein Zimmer mit einem kleineren Bett erhalten als gebucht. Auf mühsame Nachfrage ein größeres bekommen.
Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig für den Preis. Hat sehr nachgelassen zu unserem ersten Aufenthalt.
