The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.
The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.

Great location, poor amentias.
Pros:

Great location which is very near the Shin-Yokohama station. The shuttle to Haneda sets of right from the hotel

Cons:

Very small pillow. No cattle for coffee or tea which is usually a standard.

部屋の作りが古すぎる
バスROOMに当たってはカーテン閉めても床が濡れ、バスマット2枚必要なくらいでした。

Pros:

ロケーションは良かった

Cons:

初めての利用でしたので駐車場からホテルのフロントの場所を電話で確認した際、駐車場もフロントも7階と聞いていたけど実際は全然違ったのでわざわざ電話しているのに残念。
後はお部屋のカードキーも家族で行っているので人数分用意は必要ないと思う。そこら辺は必要枚数とか聞いてくれたほうが良いと思いました。

ホテル選び、大正解でした
Pros:

朝食スタッフさんの対応が良かった
部屋からの眺めが最高でした
チェックインもスムーズでした
新幹線見えたので子供が退屈せずに済んだ

Cons:

夕食は最上階のレストランが予約取れなかったのが残念
部屋のテレビでYouTube等のネットサービスあれば良かった

エレベーターが多数設置してあり、高層階からの移動がスムーズ。また施設内のコンビニが非常に便利。お部屋も清潔で快適。駅との連絡も近くて良い。駐車場も広くて使いやすい。
プリンスぺぺの併設も何かと便利でした。

Pros:

前回と同様にお部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

荷物預かり所の見習いの方が日本語があまり理解できないのか質問に対して適切な回答が得られなかった。結局、また違うスタッフさんに聞いたところ、解決したが、リムジンバスに乗る時間に間に合わなくなるかと慌ててしまった。荷物預かり所とはいえ、二人とも見習いの方では、適切な対応ができないのではないかと思う。
せっかく、お部屋もフロントのスタッフさんの対応も素敵でまた利用させて頂きたいと思っていたので、最後に少し残念に思った。
