The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.
The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.

Pros:

The room was 40 sq mt, we were on the 36th floor with all round windows for a simply breathtaking view, both day and night. The beds were very comfortable, 2 toilets, window seats, lounge chair, plenty of seating. Very little cupboard or shelf space, given the size of the room, we expected more and the fridge was just a basic bar fridge. However, the size of the room and the view was just amazing. We experienced an earthquake while we were there and though the building shook like a jelly quivering on a plate, we felt safe. Excellent breakfast, very happy

Cons:

Some shelving to put our clothes on. The fridge didn't work, though it was replaced instantly by the very friendly and polite staff. Now this is just a silly little point, but when we checked out, we had an hour wait for our taxi. At reception, there is a large bowl of simple boiled sweets in wrappers. I went up and took 4 , to take on the plane with me, I was almost back at my chair, when the concierge came running over to me waving his finger saying one.....only one. Actually telling me to put the three other sweets back. I couldn't believe it, no one else had even taken one, so I took the sweets back, feeling quite belittled. After that he watched me a few times & my friend would certainly confirm what I have said. Other than that, we loved the hotel and everything about it.

Ужасные кровати, вернее это раскладушки.
Pros:

Рядом метро.

Cons:

Приехали за 30 мин. до заселения. И хотя номер был готов, попросили доплатить за то, что заселят нас раньше. Конечно мы доплатили, потому что в лобби нет возможности дожидаться заселения комфортно. Стоят только стулья, весьма неудобные.

Pros:

シングルのお部屋に2泊しました。
新横浜駅に近いので何度か利用させていだいてます。
多数のライブが重なった日で15時チェックインは混雑するので12時に整理券配布します‥ということでしたが12時半
にアーリーチェックインの対応にして下さり通常チェックインの時間より2時間半早くお部屋に入ることができてゆっくり休憩できました。
ライブ終演後 飲食店も混雑とラストオーダーでお食事ができない心配がありましたがホテル内にコンビニがありとても
便利でした。
お部屋は広くソファとテーブル、広いお風呂 寛げるのがとても良いです。

Cons:

お部屋にアメニティはなくフロントでいただくことになってました。環境保護のため無駄のないようには良いことですがボディタオルとか？コットンはもう少し欲しかったです。

有名ホテルで期待していただけに、がっかりな宿泊でした。
Pros:

駅から近い

Cons:

室内は狭く暗い、まるで古いビジネスホテルの印象。
照明やバスルームの設備も古くて、使い勝手が悪かったです。
母と2人で3泊するので楽しみにしていたのですが、
荷物を広げる場所もなく窮屈で、
禁煙ルームなのに嫌な匂いが染み付いていて、
部屋に帰るのが憂鬱になってしまいました。
