Friendly Staff, Free Breakfast, Close to Mountain Road and several top Restaurants
Great location. Very clean
The location is very good, close to everything, trails and city. Parking is big, enough parking an any time. Hotel overall looks ok, 2 lifts, not too crowded, not too old.
The floor in the room was not very clean. With white socks, our daughters walked fro 2-3 minutes and got their socks black. For some reason they don't have soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is preaty poor but is enough, we didn't expected more for this money.
Location is great!
The pool was closed one full day. They didn’t have an iron in the room which is fine one wasn’t available even at the front desk. The breakfast was not very good. We also had to wait for our tv to be reset by maintenance for it to work.

The safe didn’t work and they never bothered to fix it even though we asked twice
Staff very friendly & esp older gentleman that served breakfast was very kind! Heard him say - i appreciate you which was nice to hear. Housekeeping staff did good job on cleaning room as well!
Staff should let guests know of things happening in town -The information of places to visit placed on wall should’ve been on opposite wall. No one knows it’s there.

Great location
The room was very clean, so was the lobby and eating area. The buffet breakfast was great! The location was awesome. Walking distance to a lot of stores and attractions.

Breakfast is good
The rooms were newly renovated. Cozzy atmosphere, with a really nice breakfast bar. With in a 10 minute walk to most everything in Gatlinburg
That we had to leave
The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful.
The breakfast was ok
The city center was very close but it was't noisy. It was a really nice room. The breakfast was quiet ok, and the elderly gentleman was very helpful. The microwave and the fridge are essential requirements for us.
Convenient location to the Convention Center and shops & restaurants! Room was nice and clean and decent size, breakfast was fresh each morning!
Some of the staff I felt were not very welcoming! Like I was bothering them!
