Fantastic rooms and staff
Pros:

The staff are fantastic! The whole place has a friendly, local vibe. They do a great job with the flowers and landscaping outside. The rooms are clean and recently updated. It's very convenient having a restaurant and bar within the hotel. When you leave you don't have to go to the front desk to check-out; you can just leave your room cards in the room and go on your way.

Cons:

I can't really find fault. I thought it was great all around.

Pros:

Everything was very nice, spacious, and clean as I expected for the price. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. I was missing towels pool side, but we fortunately had brought our own. My husband enjoyed the coffee maker in the room, but I was missing a tea option. Overall great stay. Thank you.

Cons:

No towels at pool, no tea in room.

Pros:

The room opened to the outside multi level patio and pool area. The pool was a good size and salt water. There was daily maid service. There's a Wendy's and a McDonald's a short distance away

Cons:

This place doesn't even provide free coffee other than the Keurig in the room. Everything cost extra. Major road construction so we had to go the long way to get there.

Nice place to stay. Always clean
Pros:

Only complaint was the construction right in front of the hotel that made a 4 minute commute to campus a nightmare but that was no fault if the hotel. Wish the hotel would have informed us when booking

Cons:

Road closed in front of hotel

WOULD STAY AGAIN
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, convenient to the college normally. We had a detour move in weekend and had to go around drive wise. The restaurant attached was very good and service was great.

Was impressed with the Inn and the university which values its historic buildings.
Pros:

Did not eat there. The hotel has been freshened since last time there. Loved all the Ohio Univ decor including many touches of OU hunter green. Patio area is great. Location adjacent to OU is great.

Cons:

Fine as is. OU is a beautiful campus. The downtown is a dump. The public library is also a disappointment.
