Perfect stay
Pros:

It’s very close to the Emniyet Otogar and the front desk runs 24/7 so if you arrive at 3:30 am and you need a clean, good value for money hotel to sleep in that also has a decent buffet breakfast this is your spot. It’s literally opposite the bus terminal. Friendly staff, they even upgraded us to a king suite. 100% recommend

I had a great stay, especially thanks to the amazing staff, excellent view, and convenient location.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Avrasya Port Hotel. The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I booked a double room and was given a room on the 8th floor, which had an amazing view and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location was also very convenient for getting around Istanbul.

Cons:

The main thing I felt could be improved was the breakfast. There was plenty of food, but the selection was more or less the same every day, with not much variety. After a few mornings, it became a little repetitive. Having more variety from day to day would definitely improve the breakfast experience. Overall, though, I had a very positive stay and would happily consider staying here again.

عليهم ان يظهرو حجم الغرف الاقتصاديه للعملاء في بوكينج حتي لا يقع مشاكل ونغير الغرفه ومن ثم تدفع مبلغ اكثر من المتفق عليه هذا ما حصل معي وهوا ليس جيدا

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden und möchten uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Hotelteam bedanken.

Ein besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Shahin, Hussein und Farhad, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent betreut haben. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Beim Frühstück wurden wir ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam betreut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich.

Auch mit der Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles war gepflegt und sauber.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Bezzeg hozzam a 3 nap alatt takarito szemelyzet nem jott. A szoba ajtom tobbszoros lokdosodesre nyilt csak ki azzal se csinaltak semmit.

Everything was great about the property
Pros:

Everything was great, the reception stuff was very helpful and wonderful people

Cons:

Not the best choice if you’re travelling with children 😂 The rooms are literally right next to each other, and my son had to listen to some very “enthusiastic sports activities” happening in the room beside us! 😂

I had to keep distracting him and pretending that absolutely nothing unusual was happening multiple times. 😂

Definitely an experience we won’t forget! 😅

Chambre sale
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était correct et copieux.
L’équipe présente en journée le lendemain de notre arrivée était aimable et serviable. Étant malade, j’avais demandé une bouilloire afin de pouvoir préparer des boissons chaudes dans la chambre, et ils m’en ont fourni une.
Lors de mon départ, j’ai expliqué au personnel que je changeais d’hôtel en raison de l’état et du manque d’hygiène de la chambre. Ils ont écouté mes remarques et m’ont proposé une autre chambre, de meilleure catégorie et plus propre, ainsi qu’un arrangement sur le prix si je souhaitais rester. J’avaisr déjà décidé de partir, mais j’ai apprécié qu’ils essaient de trouver une solution.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivées avec ma mère le 11 septembre aux environs de 23 h, après un long voyage. L’accueil de la personne présente à la réception ce soir-là a été particulièrement froid : aucun sourire, très peu de cordialité et clairement l’impression de déranger.

Le principal problème reste cependant l’état de la chambre. Le fait qu’elle soit ancienne n’est pas un problème en soi. En revanche, son niveau de propreté était, à mes yeux, inacceptable pour une chambre d’hôtel.

Les draps ne couvraient pas entièrement le matelas. En les soulevant, nous avons découvert un matelas très jauni. Les draps présentaient des taches et l’un d’eux était troué. Les oreillers étaient également très jaunis, tachés et dégageaient une forte mauvaise odeur.

J’ai demandé le soir même à ce qu’ils soient remplacés. On m’a indiqué qu’un seul autre oreiller était disponible. Celui-ci sentait moins mauvais que les autres ; je l’ai donc laissé à ma mère et j’ai dormi sans oreiller.

L’état général de la chambre était du même niveau : poussière et saletés accumulées à plusieurs endroits, notamment sous le mobilier, murs et plinthes sales et marqués, salle de bain mal entretenue, douche encrassée, robinetterie très entartrée et traces importantes dans différents recoins. Nous avons également trouvé des cotons-tiges sous le lit. Vue sur la mer au loin mais surtout une vue de la gare routière et le bruit qui va avec.
