The staff were excellent, pleasant and friendly.
Pros:

Okay. Can be improved. Also the location of the breakfast at the bottom of the building could be an issue for some people. I was okay with it though

Overall it was good for value ;
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful with directions
The ma aged in function help me to upgrade my room from single to double after my second day of stays ; they even help me when I had food poisoning outside the facility with free drinks to recover
They were so kind ;

Cons:

Some days the breakfast were cold but tasty

Pros:

! Recepționerul foarte comunicativ și săritor, m-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, mai ales cu locul de parcare. Locația e perfectă, aproape de toate obiectivele din Aksaray. Recomand cu drag!

Не советую этот отель
Pros:

Молодой парень на стойке. Он был любезен и проявлял знаки внимания. Принёс чайник и чай. При выезде угостил лимонадом

Cons:

Отель находится в неудобном месте. Я искала около остановки Хаваист, чтобы удобно было доехать с багажом из аэропорта IST. Остановка далеко, идти через несколько дорог, мост, было ужасно с чемоданами. В пути 25- 30 минут, а не 5-7 как писал чат жпт. Затем в номере нет чайника, кружек, воду дают 2 маленьких стаканчика. В санузле кафель на полу очень грязный. Давно пора почистить спец средством. Неприятно вставать в душе. А сланцы не брали. Тапочки и шампунь позорные. Полотенца серого цвета. .Рядом то ли ремонт, то ли стройка, шум...завтрак средний. Очень удивлена, как люди пишут такие положительные отзывы, если они реальные конечно....

Lo staff dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e ospitale. è stato molto bello fermarci a chiacchierare con loro.
La posizione è ottima, ben collegata al centro con metro, tram e autobus.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
