Horrible experience, will never stay there again, nor recommend to even my worst enemy.

The location was honestly about all that was good about the hotel.

Cons:

Both ladies were extremely rude and hateful when I went to check in. The first one asked if I was there to check in early and I said yes ma’am and before I could even add if possible, she immediately said CHECK IN IS NOT UNTIL 3! Then stood there, mop in hand until I walked out to my car and we left. Then my sister-in-law went to see about checking in roughly around 2:45pm and was told, by another lady, the same exact thing. There was a lobby full of people and none of us were able to check in until roughly 3:20pm. Then the pool was a nightmare! Both my husband and brother-in-law cut their feet because not only is the pool floor popcorned, like a ceiling, but it is not all flat. There are edges all along the pool, then you step down onto the flat bottom pool. My husband went to get us breakfast on our last day there and the food did not even looked fully cooked!

Okay but the got tub was my reason.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Would have liked bacon but that's not the end all. Location was central and had lots of access to get out and actually avoid a huge portion of the strip.

Cons:

Hot tub was down the whole time we were there and it is my number one thing I look for in a place to stay. I can't always swim in the pool as it's usually too cold(this isn't anyone's fault my body doesn't respond well too cold). Also none of the ice machines worked. I walked to 4 different ones and gave up and went to buy a bag. Ran into a couple having the same issue. Cleaning could be better. I found some trash in the room and lastly the air conditioner didnt work very well. It wasn't unbearable but it wasn't vacation worthy either. It was broken and only one setting worked for the fans.

The immediate availability of a room

Cons:

We went without water in our room almost a half a day and when I had brought up the water issue with the manager and was extremely unprofessional and basically said we're still checking out the following day if i don't make a further complaint

We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious but the room was too small for everyone. We ate on the couch in the lobby.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The air, refrigerator, and shower all worked as they should. Our room was clean.

Cons:

First thing we noticed were the flies! As soon as we opened the door we were hit with flies. There was no fly swatter anywhere so we made do with what we had and managed to kill all but one.
The lamp by the bed had apparently been unplugged but we didn’t realize that at first. We switched bulbs and kept messing with the light until we wondered if it was unplugged. Sure enough that was it so it worked fine once it was plugged in.
The dispenser in the shower was empty but fortunately we brought soap and shampoo.

Absolutely worst place ever owners there just for the money just a shame

Broken toilet paper holder furniture really old hot tub continually broken no owners on property after 7pm others staying there loud and banging on parts of building called front desk no one there noise sounded like they were tearing down walls left there at 4:30 am to find somewhere to get some sleep no hot breakfast unless you went somewhere else
