We come to Branson at least twice a year and almost always stay at this Angel Inn (there is another that DOES NOT compare), always happy with this Angel Inn!

The price of the rooms was good
We arrived at the facility went to check in there computer was down so the lady behind the counter said so we left went and done so shopping i called back the lady said computer was back up so we went back there was a few people in line checking so the lady behind counter was checking people in and the rooms wasn't clean so we got check in went to are room it wasn't clean yet so we left again and by this time it was 330 pm when we got back and check in is at 3 and are room wasn't clean so i ask to speak with manager to get refund again talking to lady behind counter said he was out on property helping get rooms clean i walked the hold property he wasn't there i met back up with my wife and she said he just pulled in so i went ask him why are room wasn't cleaned and ready he tells me that they had 110 people check out that morning i said your check in time is 3pm told him i want refund he told me i need to lower my vocie i told him this wouldn't be happening if are room was clean so i seen 3 people cleaning rooms so i said maybe you need more help no that's not problem i said what is the problem he said the only thing they did wrong was check people in without having rooms clean so he call someone then he got phone can you give me 10 minutes and i will have a room for you so we left again then come back by this time it was 430 to 445 when we finally got into are room and it was a different room to begin with i will never stay there again also look at the mirror it was crooked on the wall
Staff were friendly
The room were okay my most disappointment was the pool area. The hot tub was pool temp with nasty's floating in it and the pool was very low on water and just looked dirty and barely working.
Room was clean and the location was great. Good price.

The location was top notch within a couple minutes to literally everything. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. AC was great too. Pool was amazing. The house keeping was top notch they knocked everyday asking if we needed new towels and trash bags. It was absolutely AMAZING especially for the price I read some bad reviews once I booked and was worried BUTTTT, I can truthfully say it was SPECTACULAR and such a great price!!
The only thing I can even say bad is that not all the hot tubs jets worked. But truthfully that one little thing isn't just that a little thing compared to how good everything else was!!

There was spider webs in my room
The beds were super comfortable. Location was great. Room was clean.
When we first got into the room one of the beds had super strong smell of urine. We reported it to the person on staff. We went to dinner came back and the issue was solved. I appreciate the quick response and service.

Room was very musky, gave me a bad migraine. Tub was dirty. Mold in air conditioner. I asked for an elevator accessible room bc my daughter is on crutches. We could use the elevator, but it was quite a ways away from the elevator for her to walk.
