Super Hotel, toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und ausreichend groß.
Der Wellnessbereich hat uns völlig ausgereicht, wir haben den Fitnessraum und den Pool genutzt, zur Sauna können wir nichts weiter sagen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und allgemein herrschte im ganzen Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder kommen!

Cons:

Das zugehörige Restaurant war etwas enttäuschend, der Service war mit einem ausgebuchten Laden leider völlig überfordert. Wir haben über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten müssen, dafür dass das Fleisch lauwarm war und die Kräuterbutter fehlte. Diese wurde nachgereicht, als wir nahezu aufgegessen hatten und war zudem noch gefroren.
Das Personal war zwar bemüht und hat sich auch entschuldigt, aber das ändert ja leider nichts an den Tatsachen.

Mein Zimmer hat ein Hartes Bett, es war Unglaublich schwer zu Schlafen.
Nächste Tag habe ja am Rezeption gemeldet wurde leider nichts geändert.
Beim Check Out bekam Rabatte

Frühstück das Brötchen war zu Gummi, Normale Brot war zu Steinhart.

Pros:

Room was specious and clean, bathroom was fantastic. Swimming Pool was big enough and extremely clean. Location was excellent with most green part of Dortmund and easily accessible with metro and buses.

Cons:

Water flow in the bathroom was not enough I know it was an initiative to save water however, it was blocking the dirty water flowing smoothly.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit ein wenig holpriger Anreise.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und grosszügig. Personal zuvorkommend. Pool und SPA sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir mussten in der Nach anreisen und ab 1:00 war das Telefon der Rezeption fortlaufend besetzt.
