Pros:

Everything was good, and I was particularly impressed with the reception staff. They were very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay.

Cons:

The restaurant was a major disappointment and did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. The service and overall experience could be significantly improved. I would strongly suggest reviewing the restaurant’s management and considering changes to improve the quality and service.

Lieblingshotel in der City im Grünen
Pros:

Ruhige Zimmer trotz Lage, Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Ausstattung, tolle Lage. Zentral und im Grünen. Westfalenpark direkt vor der Tür. Nur wenige Meter zu U-Bahn. Tolles Frühstücks Buffet.

Cons:

Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, tolle Auswahl.
