New property, but not well managed
Pros:

New property in a good area

Cons:

One elevator was not working, so with seven floors of people, it took a bit of time getting to our room. Our sink was clogged so water barely drained. We stayed for seven days, but our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper. One day at 3:00PM, the fountain drinks were turned off. One morning I could tell the breakfast staff was behind, because at 7:15AM, the coffee was still brewing and the gravy was still cold.

Always a great stay!
Pros:

Our favorite hotel chain! Love the kickback and breakfast. This location has a large pool and hot tub that were both perfect temperature.
