Mia Saigon – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel made it extra special with a lovely birthday surprise in the room. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and everything felt luxurious. Breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thank you for the thoughtful daily treats left in our room. Highly recommended!

The MIA Saigon is an absolutely relaxing, tranquil, friendly, high end, luxurious hotel. I came here for business but felt like I was at a spa escape thanks to the beautiful location which is a little removed from the city center but still incredibly convenient. I loved opening my balcony doors and looking at the river and city skyline while listening to the more tranquil sounds of wildlife. The entire staff were incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and always there to help. Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, spa and house keeping were professional, friendly, gracious and helpful. The last time I came to HCMC for business, I stayed in district 1. It was a lovely hotel but the MIA Saigon is an unforgettable and relaxing experience. You are in the city but feel like you are enjoying an extremely tranquil experience. It’s so refreshing to come back to the MIA Saigon after a long day either working or sightseeing in the city. The pool is incredible, warm and I love that it is salt water so you don’t smell like chemicals. The Spa is absolutely incredible. I had two massages here and both were fabulous. I’ve had massages all around the world but these were some of the best and the entire experience was so relaxing. Staff members like Rokie, Nhun and everyone else whose names I unfortunately don’t have, were so inviting. Cuong at the spa was amazing.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this is the right place! It’s beautiful, convenient and so incredibly relaxing. If you want the entertainment of the city but have the ability to come back to a tranquil retreat then definitely stay at the Mia! And don’t forget the free speed boat service to district 1! The ride is such a fun experience!

My family and I just returned from an absolutely incredible stay at the Mia Hotel, and it exceeded every single expectation we had. If you are looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway in Ho Chi Minh City, look no further.

The Setting:
The resort is absolutely sumptuous. It feels like a hidden, lush oasis completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The landscaping, the elegant architecture, and the serene ambiance create a truly magnificent environment to unwind.

The Comfort:
We stayed as a family, and the accommodations provided absolute comfort. The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a perfect sanctuary for us to relax in style after a day of exploring.

The Service:
What truly elevates this property to a world-class level is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond with genuine warmth, flawless professionalism, and impeccable hospitality. They anticipated our every need and made our family feel deeply welcome.

It was a flawless, unforgettable experience from start to finish. We cannot recommend the Mia Hotel highly enough for families seeking premium luxury and tranquility in HCMC. We are already planning our return!

We visit a few times a year for a staycation and always feel like we’ve had a mini vacation.

Beautiful boutique hotel in D2, rooms clean and big. Great sized pool and great breakfast with a huge choice of food with fresh juices. Also have a free shuttle boat ride to D1. Staff are amazing and can't do enough to help. A special mention to Rokie, Khang and Alan who were superb.

Mia Saigon has wonderful facilities, amazing food (particularly breakfast - wow!), incredible rooms, and very attentive staff, but somehow feels too formal. You won’t hear laughter or see many people having fun here. Maybe the lack of sun lounger space (only 18 places for all guests), means people don’t relax completely? Or perhaps because the ground floor of the hotel is largely unused - there’s a tea room and a private dining room, but these spaces could be much more - a bar, or reading room? It also seems cruel to keep the reception staff sat in a non-air-conditioned wind tunnel between the open front and back doors – even at 7am, people looked hot and bothered. We really enjoyed ourselves, but like a bit more life and energy in the five star hotels we visit. I’m sure it’s cool for Instagram, but it’s not fun for a vacation.

Another wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel, this time with my family of 4, with two kids aged 10 and 8. I stayed at Mia Saigon a month ago (March 2026) for a girls weekend away, and I knew I had to take my kids to experience the beauty of Mia Saigon! As soon as you step inside the hotel, you will feel calm and relaxed. You feel like you are miles away from the busy Ho Chi Minh, but it’s not far from District 1. The pool area with the view of the river is something out of a magazine. The rooms are gorgeous, and the beds are beyond comfortable. My kids said the food at the hotel restaurant was the best food they have ever had ;) Special thanks to Tuan, who were so lovely to my kids. He took special care of them, and surprised them with a present! Soooo sweet. We are already planning our trip back to Mia Saigon for October half term. We are hoping to bring kids’ grandma with us next time! See you soon again!!

The hotel was amazing, and the location was perfect. It is situated close by to my son and daughter-in-law who live in Lumiere, which was perfect.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The staff were all happy and eager to assist.
Rokie was very helpful and dealt with all our requests very professionally.
