Mia Saigon – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Located is district 2, nice resort feel vibe and away from the busy district one if you like the relaxing feel.

Our third time back at this hotel, the breakfast is what keep us coming back. Variety of buffet choices and Ala carte menu with both western and Vietnamese food.

Staffs are always friendly especially Benh from the breakfast restaurant, super attentive and always think ahead for our needs. Front desk Rokie and Nhi help us checked out smoothly and quickly as well.

If you like time away from the usual busy Hcmc, this place is nice and very near to thao dien.

During our stay the hotel kindly assist us to make reservations for all our dinning place and the horse riding school!

The pool and the staff was really helpful and nice

Beautiful hotel, very clean and a great location. The kitchen food was excellent. In the evening the Muse roof bar is a great spot to relax and enjoy the river and city views.

Hotel had lovely ambience beside the river. Nice service but note most staff outside front desk could not speak much English so most things required few rounds of clarification and explanation. What absolutely spoilt the experience was the hotel overcharged for the airport fast track. Charged us USD100 per pax when the standard rate was USD35. The dong rate was super misleading. Buyer beware.

Second time staying at the MIA Saigon and it didn’t disappoint. From the amazing staff, the rooms, and facilities, everything is outstanding at this hotel. A special thank you to Dieu, who looked after us every day by the pool. We appreciated his wonderful service, all done with a smile. :)

The location has pros and cons. Not central but quiet and with a lovely view. There is a free shuttle boat to D1. The infrastructure is new and comfortable. What makes this hotel stand out is the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is very nice and the service very personalised. I would like to thank Rokie from reception for his kindness and service.

Breakfast and the service at this hotel is amazing and the location is great. Quiet, best for rest! Also, Vi and Alan were super helpful during our stay and in spite of our rushed check-out. We will def come back here again!

My friends and I spent a few days in this wonderful hotel. It’s a great location if you just want to chill or if you wish to visit the city - and beyond. The hotel’s complimentary water taxi is a great way to get to the city centre. The bedrooms are spectacular and so comfortable. The pool and the sun loungers are just what’s needed for relaxation. The food’s good, as are the cocktails. All the staff - whether in the lobby, reception, poolside or in the restaurant are absolutely amazing, going well beyond their duties to ensure guests have the best of times. Special shout out to Nhung in the restaurant and Ann in the spa (A-mazing) but everyone was perfect. Thank you! Alex

Wow! We took the resort’s own water taxi from downtown, along the Saigon river, bordered by amazingly tall skyscrapers and modern cable -stayed bridges. Upon arrival, a beautiful breezeway, two huge front porch swings, and the loveliest staff are there to greet you.

All rooms face the water and we had an awesome eighth floor balcony. Sunrise is spectacular from this vantage point!  The River is busy but quietly so with container shipping traffic. We have never had a Mr. and Mrs. conditioner, shampoo, body gel and of course, Mr. and Mrs’s bathrobes. (Lovely for enjoying the two person bathtub:)  We had also never seen bed pillows, embroidered with the letters of our first names. The room has a well stocked cocktail bar, with gin from award winning Lady Trieu (known for using indigenous ingredients).

On the ninth floor was the rooftop bar the MUSE.  What a view for sunset! One of the wait staff was super helpful with drink recommendations as well as being our personal photographer. He took extra time to photograph us with the glorious sunsets. The cocktails were outstanding he was incredibly attentive, despite numerous customers, who we noted were extended similar kindness. We even learned a little bit about him and his family. (The folks in Vietnam are super friendly and this hotel exemplified this!)

Hours were enjoyed at beautiful blue tiled, swimming pool. We always found plenty of space to lounge around the pool, though by mid afternoon, everybody was gathering here. And despite the temperature in the 90s, we never felt uncomfortable.

The breakfast/brunch is super extensive with Asian dishes, Western fare, delectable pastries, and mimosas. Dinner was amazing. I had a barbecue meat special with prawns meat, such as lamb as well as grilled vegetables. We had neglected to make reservations yet they still magically treated us to a magnificent table on the water.

Staying here will brighten your days...do not hesitate!

Staying at Mia Saigon was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed me most was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, especially Ms. Vi and Dep. They were warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and greatly enhanced my overall stay. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Mia Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel made it extra special with a lovely birthday surprise in the room. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and everything felt luxurious. Breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thank you for the thoughtful daily treats left in our room. Highly recommended!
