Could have been better
Pros:

The location was nice and room service was fast the lobby was also beautiful

Cons:

Very rude front desk workers they offer valet but when you call to pull the car around they say that something that they don't do very rudely the room itself had rust around the bathroom fan and the bathroom itself was just dirty incredibly disappointed with my stay also don't expect to get your deposit back

I would stay at this hotel again, staff, valet, bell hop and shuttle service was GREAT!
Pros:

The staff was awesome. From the time we pulled up the valet and bell hop were awesome. The hotel is beautiful and located perfectly to where we intended to go for the weekend. The shuttle service was a 100 out of 10 :) Captain Tony is AWESOME!

Cons:

The biggest concern was the tub/shower. It is quite a big step to get in it. Someone older (I'm 56) would have a hard time getting in and out of the shower. That needs a revamp completely. The room could have been vacuumed better. The steps down to the bedding area is a slight nuisance. You have to drag or carry your luggage down those few steps. Again older people would find this to be a hassle. As well as at night going up and down when you have to use the restroom.

Pros:

Checking in wasn't too hard! Night Manager Helped us change our Room due to a problem

Cons:

AC didnt work compressor was Broke Room was Muggy and Hot! A maintenance Worker came to our Room said it was fixxed! He didn't Fix it!
Night Manager Gave us a different Room Ac worked in that!
