Pros:

Location was great for where I needed to be. Since changing from, what used to be to be, Comfort Suites (?}, it’s an improvement. Unfortunately, my previous stays were with my dog, at which time they kept rooms in the back at ground level. Those rooms were horrendous. Smelled of dampness and mildew. Therefore, I can’t recommend as to whether or not it’s where you want to be with your pet. Overall, hotel could still use more updating.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing special. I ate a bagel the first day and didn’t go back any other day.

Cons:

I booked because it said there was a pool and there wasn’t. Nobody cleaned my room and the laundry are all are coins

Pros:

Room was clean and enough space.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. I am okay with my booked price, it was within expectation. But could make coffee better at least. Also elevator was too slow and a little bit dark including corridor and room too.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was a good value for the price I paid for the hotel room.
There was a mess on a wall in our room that wasn't cleaned properly. As soon as I brought it to the staff's attention, it was cleaned immediately. Thank you!

Cons:

The lady at the front desk upon check out was rude. This stay was the start of our vacation. We checked in very late due to the unexpected death of our fur baby. I was exhausted (and sad) and woke up late- we were up at 10:30 and rushing to pack up and be on the road again. She called us once to remind us of the check out time. I understand. As I turned in my key card and said I was getting ready to call you again. I apologized and she rolled her eyes.
