The breakfast was a good value for the price I paid for the hotel room.
There was a mess on a wall in our room that wasn't cleaned properly. As soon as I brought it to the staff's attention, it was cleaned immediately. Thank you!
Comfortable beds. Clean hotel.
The lady at the front desk upon check out was rude. This stay was the start of our vacation. We checked in very late due to the unexpected death of our fur baby. I was exhausted (and sad) and woke up late- we were up at 10:30 and rushing to pack up and be on the road again. She called us once to remind us of the check out time. I understand. As I turned in my key card and said I was getting ready to call you again. I apologized and she rolled her eyes.
Location. Perfect for me who was working at Lewisgale Medical Center
Breakfast needs to be much better!!
Juice machine was not working, coffee machine is not good, only cold food.
It was very nice. However, no ice buckets and most of TV service was not working, other than that great service and stay
Wasn't told TV service was out. Had to get a bag to get ice in.

The location
The hotel we booked have been under renovations the whole stay. We were never informed of this until we checked into our hotel room when we got here. We’ve had trouble sleeping in the morning due to sounds of power tools etc. Being used very early in the mornings. We are also the room closest to the work they are doing and have dealt with all the smells and debris from the renovation and I’m appalled. We never knew they were under renovations or else we would have booked somewhere else. I can’t even let my toddler walk outside of our door without him stepping into all the debris and asbestos..I’m very disappointed..also the cleaners didn’t even come to take our trash until my mom had to go track down the lady on second shift and ask. She also informed the front desk. We checked in Saturday and our room never was cleaned or maintenance until Wednesday.
Close to the hospital for travel nurses.
Never any staff at the desk when needed. Almost every day I had a problem I waited 30-60 mins for a staff member after working on my feet all day.
Big nice clean room. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.
Heat didnt work on our room. So it was cold.
The lady at check in was very pleasant and friendly. She also helped us out as to where there is somewhere close by to eat. The shower was nice.
The tiny pillows. They are like pillows you'd put on a couch they suck. The woman at check out was not friendly at all no smile no thank you for staying not a word came out of her mouth. Passed on the gross breakfast. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I realize they are doing work on the floor we stayed on around the corner way down the hall but housekeeping should still be vacuuming the hallway in front of elevators and rooms being used. Carpet was very dirty. Also they really should upgrade there toilets to taller ones as these ones are like sitting on the floor. Not enough towels in room.
Clean and comfortable.
