The onsen was great!!

Cons:

I felt the room was too warm. Even though I put the thermostat it’s lowest (18) and at maximum high power. It was still too warm.

The staff people were extremely friendly and kind, I felt the manager at the front desk not as charming.

エレベーターの騒音が残念であり、もう一度泊まろうとは思えません

クラブフロアに泊まればプールを使用できる。

Cons:

エレベーターの騒音が残念でした。
エレベーターに隣接した部屋だったため、夜間も運転音や振動が客室内まで響き、睡眠を妨げられました。深夜・早朝も音が続き、十分に眠ることができませんでした。
エレベーターに近い客室については、事前に説明や配慮があってもよいのではないかと思います。ホテル自体は良かっただけに、非常に残念でした。

最高の思い出
Pros:

ホテルなのに温泉があり、また部屋にも檜風呂がありお風呂から見える夜景がとても綺麗でした。部屋も和室、洋室がありとても広くて良かったです！
スタッフの接客もとても親切で本当に満足しました！
また冬にも泊まりに行く予定です！

温泉大浴場があり、よかったです。
バイキングの品数が豊富で美味しかったです。
スタッフが親切でよく心遣いをしてもらいありがたかったです。

特にありませんが、大浴場、バイキング会場がよく混んでいて待ち時間が長く、事前に混み具合がわかれば、時間をずらせるので、改善してほしいです。
