Decent breakfast & good location
Horrible establishment, front desk stole my credit card information when I took my daughters to the resort, come bk to the front & caught Sam taking a picture of my debit card. . Checked my online banking a few hours later and was charged an extra 30$ 10 minutes after I got my room key. Went downstairs to confront Sam & he lied and said it’s your bank, not us. Called my bank and they said it’s impossible for it to be us. Was on the speaker phone with my bank, went downstairs then he admitted it was us, but never explained anything after that, just got on the phone with management and said they’ll reimburse me on the morning. Was never reimbursed instead had to dispute the damn thing with my [link removed] NOT BOOK HERE . Especially if you’re African American

It was close to our dinner reservations.
The property was decent. Upon checking into our room we walked around and it smelt like cleaning solutions which was nice or so we thought. We had dinner reservations for ready and left about an hour after checking in. When we got ready for bed we pulled the blankets down and saw that they were not washed from the previous guest. There was blood on the sheets crumbs and lint from socks or clothing and hair all over the bed and pillows. We called to have them changed out or moved to a clean room,they offered us none of the above. So we slept in our clothes on top of the blankets.. super disappointed in the hotel. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us they are only in a couple days a week. Basically good luck getting ahold of them. We won’t be staying here again 😩

Location , front desk hospitality, price, comfort, cozy breakfast area, and hotel reliable room reservation and honest room refund deposit.
Floors and bedspread grimey, pillows lumpy. Shower knob very hard to turn and the pull sign on shower door is deceiving guest can accidentally pull open instead of pushing and could break. Maid for room #200 walked in to clean when cleaning sign wasn't outside the room door. But mostly long-term guest were very loud in the midnight hours on my 2nd night couldn't sleep. But overall was pleasant and I will probably return. These are not complaints but constructive facts to better serve your guest. Thank you.

It was good but never had the house keeping make bed or empty trash. Only had shower.
