Wonderful short stay in a hotel that I didn't ever need to leave because everything was provided!

Great hotel for comfort but a bit let down by staff this time.
Pros:

Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Slept better than at home. Very clean and well-appointed room. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guests or city noise.

Cons:

Our room key had not been coded for the Club Lounge and it took two phone calls and half an hour for staff to solve it. Also, we were staying there with other business associates and decided to order breakfast off the menu instead of going to the buffet. Staff forgot about taking our order then it took half an hour for our food to be delivered, and only after I found the floor manager and got him to chase it up. There were errors with the orders, but we did not question them because we were running out of time.
