Comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

A bit outdated. The room was dark even when the windows are open. The view was a dilapidated building next door.

The dinner service in the level 1 bar was below par. The staff forgot our orders and had to be reminded. The burgers eventually came out cold, and we were served with the wrong drinks that were included in the bill. They did remove it once we pointed it out.

It was just okay.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The staff were not what you expect from a 5 star property. I had to extend my stay and had to request 3 times before it was understood and still didn’t get it right.
