Lovely staff, great location but need to work on level of room servicing !
Pros:

Location to start of city2surf and main CBD shops

Cons:

Room servicing was very average. Dirty dishes left and coffeee cups cleaned in bathroom sink and not properly clean and didn’t get coffee topped up daily.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Beautiful large room overlooking Hyde Park. Staff were very helpful. Room service and the food were excellent.

Cons:

The fridge was small and barely took a wine bottle. Didn't supply stemmed wine glasses but we were able to have them supplied from the kitchen. However the room cleaning staff did not clean them although they cleaned other crockery. This was minor and did not spoil our stay however we thought that this was not in keeping with the high quality of the hotel.

Perfect stay for Sydney CBD
Pros:

Perfectly located in central Sydney. Can walk to CBD or Hyde Park and surrounds.
Luxurious atomosphere.
I was upgraded to level 21 suite. This was unexpected and a delight. Room was large and well appointed. I wanted for nothing during my stay. The standout is the swimming pool and spa bath and sauna at this hotel. Also the buffet breakfast is international 5 star standard with unique array of selections from multiple cusines. Absolutely delicious.
I would 100% recommend this hotel as it has so many additional bonuses and is in a perfect location for Syd CBD
