Old world charm and exceptional service
Pros:

Top notch service throughout our stay. Special mention to Bryce who exceeded our expectations! Chocolates delivered to our room and checkout at 1pm made our anniversary super special. Buffet breakfast was lovely and every attendant was exceptional. Location is fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons:

Well if I can just give a little suggestion...some bubble bath amenities would be nice as there is none available. But there was nothing I didn't like!

A wonderful experience Thank you
Pros:

The whole experience was delightful. We were in Sydney to celebrate my wife's birthday and could not have asked for more by way of the hotel. Location is great right in the CBD and overlooking the park
Service was exceptional with everyone greeting us with a smile
Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Cleaning daily could not be faulted
The Club Lounge on Level 21 deserves special mention. The food and the service here was a credit to your management team. We had breakfast in the lounge and found the huge selection of food and coffee available to be excellent. Staff constantly replaced anything that needed refilling and cleared away our used plates as soon as we finished. The lounge staff (both morning and evening shifts) were very friendly, efficient and yet not intrusive. Evening drinks and canopies were just amazing.
We had no complaints and would definitely recommend the Sheraton on the Park to anyone coming to Sydney

Cons:

Nothing really from two people who have travelled extensively and therefore have considerable experience and knowledge of both good and bad hotels in many parts of the world.

Premium hotel - premium experience
Pros:

This is my most favorite hotel to stay in Sydney. From the opulant foyer to the exceptional pool area, I absolutely love love this place. The breakfast they have here is truely a delight and massive variation in foods to choose from. I always pick this place when I can. I cannot say anything but good things about this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Honsstly I cant see anything that could be improved. Its just a wonderful experince to stay here
