I stay at this hotel once a month and i love it! Special thanks to Sandrine Qu, Venue Manager! She’s awesome, she always look after me and my family during breakfasts and dinners.

Once we’re late for the Seafood buffet, and she kindly offered us to try some desserts - we loved it, and we booked it for the next time.

Location, large bath and club access are great. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy, irresponsible room neighbours. However, the hotel staff attended to the matter very promptly and reached out to us to ensure the issues were resolved.

Loved our stay, beautiful comfortable beds and location is great if your looking to be close to all the retail shops.
Pros:

We liked our check in process it was very easy and staff were very friendly
The location was amazing just what we wanted nice and close to everything but still have the beautiful park across the road for a walk.

Cons:

I missed the all you can eat buffet they used to have on a Sat night
Also wasn’t told you get 25% off dinner if you were a Bonvoy member which I was. We would have eaten in the restaurant instead of sitting in the bar area to eat.

The staff were lovely, the bed comfortable, the location excellent.

Cons:

The pool area was often busy of guests doing laps in the pool, making it impossible to use just to relax in (to be fair, this is not the hotels fault). The communal spa bath was small. Couldn't really isolate individual lights in thr bedroom, apart from the desk lamp and night light.

I had to sleep on a trundle bed there was 3 people in the room
