Don’t use if you need airport shuttle
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The floors were so thin, we could hear the people above stomping around at 4 am. We only booked this place because of the shuttle, ended up having to Uber to the airport. We ordered a shuttle for 5:45 am, and we arrived at 5:45 am downstairs- partly because the elevator had a sign saying it was out and we had to find stairs and walk down with luggage from the 3rd floor. Still, we were on time, I looked at my watch to make sure, but the shuttle had just left without us. Next pre requested one, 45 minutes later. The other hotel we stayed at, had regular shuttles running every 30 minutes- much better system. On arrival we had to call and then wait 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

The room was spacious though, if old, and had good AC.

Inexpensive hotel yet I feel I overpaid
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok.

Cons:

Shower had no cold water. So hot essentially couldn't shower without scalding yourself.

I called from Denver airport to ask for a shuttle. They said it would be 40 minutes before they'd find a driver. I took a taxi that cost $50.

Expected better
Pros:

It was easy access from the highway

Cons:

Bedsheets were spotted with stains. A GFI outlet plug was burnt out, dangerous.
The internet was not available for the t.v.
A control knob was missing on the AC unit.

Pros:

The front desk lady was very nice. That was the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty. Carpet needs cleaning. mattress were old and needs replacement. Old lighting. Need more electrical receptacles.

Customer Service was friendly

Cons:

Main facility water leak in the hallway on the 1st and 4th floor Hallways smelt terrible from water leak. The room tables had table legs that were not fully attached, the lamp shades were colored on from prior guests, the refrigerator had a missing drink holder in the door. The towel holder in the restroom was partially pulled out of the wall, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the restroom. I informed Tesa the lady that checked me in and she stated she would note the reservation but to make sure to inform Rep at check out. At check-out I spoke with Samantha and Tesa did not put notes on the reservation. Samantha said to contact Tomo the manager Monday morning 07\06\2026 I have tried calling twice today been put on hold both times for over 30 minutes. I will not recommend nor will I book a room at this location again

Pros:

La habitation estaba bien pero el microondas y la cafetera estaba sucio. También el hotel dice que tiene piscina pero no hay. Le preguntamos a la señora de recepción por la piscina y dijo que no habia. Luego regresé y le enseñé que en la aplicación dice que si hay piscina y le enseñé fotos y dijo que estaba en renovación cuando al principio negó que hubiera piscina. No fueron amables en recepción.

La limpieza y que no hubiera piscina.
