It was the worst stay that I have ever had

Cons:

No hot water
No cold ac
It smelled like smoke
And the bed sheets had stains in them
The pool could not be used the had a fire the first day that I arrived

I love the staff and the hot tub.

Cons:

The swimming pool was cold, elevators were scary. There was a burn hole on the comforter, tube was gross and the toilet was making way to much noise when you flush. The shower was leaking

The front desk person that check us in was very nice.

No staff on duty in the early morning and didn't get the shuttle to take us to the airport.

It had plenty of parking. Not sure why we had to pay for parking!!

Cons:

We had to change rooms 2 times. The first room nothing worked, TV or phone to contact the front desk. The second room only had one bed. The final room the water didn't get hot or turn off completely. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way, at least the TV worked.
