bathtub was dirty, the remote control only had volume up and down control and up and down for switching channels, unbelievable, only one small bar of soap and no bath rug. For the cost of the hotel you'd think they would function better.

Could have been a little cleaner. Had a smell in the room.

All was good for us, no complaints.

Dirty, stinky rooms. Our window wasn't even locked, or able to be, had to switch rooms. Misbooked our room by a month, still paid for a room hoping for a refund for the first room, was denied, poor quality across the board. Will never go back.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, but I had already expected as much with the nature of pull out beds. That was my only issue.

Everything was satisfactory

I made reservations, one week prior to my stay to have adjoining rooms, when I arrived to the property, they gave away my adjoining room to another family because another room had an air-conditioning leak in a foul smell, and then put my second room in the foul smelling room, the general manager told me she would take one room/one night off of my bill, I have been over charged for the room 4x times now and will have dispute the charges through my bank, also had two $20 charges that the hotel charged me for with no explanation. Amongst another $183 charge that cannot be explained, the woman who was at the counter before me also complained about being charged twice for her room and had a $20 charge they could not explain

We pulled out the cat couch and trash fell out, and there was a huge stain on the covers. The hallways were dirty, carpet had holes in it, shower curtain did not keep water in the shower, the hotel was just dirty and felt sketchy.

Our rooms were not clean at all! The 2nd floor in which we were placed was dirty and smelly on the whole floor. The front desk was very pleasant during our stay and did accommodate us as best as they could but the rooms were not up to very clean expectations at all you couldn’t even get a cart to load luggage they only had 1 and someone had it in their room the whole time so had to make multiple trips just to load up

The hotel is showing its age and needs some serious investments to bring the rooms and facilities up to newer looks and standards. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned very well upon our arrival as there were many hairs on the floor as well as in the bathtub.

Property was outdated. Bathtub was stained and looked dirty. Carpet felt dirty and we felt like we needed to wear our shoes the whole time. Tile was coming off the baseboard. The last day we were there we found dirty underwear next to the microwave that looked like it had been there for sometime. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I didn’t like the bathtub shower combo. It was outdated and the bottom was stained looking. It was clean though and the shower head had good water pressure.

Property was mine and accessible to everything easy. He didn’t feel like we got.
