I will be back
Pros:

I have already filled this at once. Monika at the front desk was superb and professional, and helped me get my room for an early check-in. I went to the California restaurant in the lower floor and the staff of Carlos, Edgar, and Fernando were fabulous. Everything was great at the hotel!

Cons:

😊I did not have any complaints. Everything was great.😊

We had a fairly good stay.
Pros:

I like the fact that they offered coffee and water in the lobby. Offered a 2 mile radius Uber.

Cons:

I was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub. We had to ask for a coffee maker in a room and usually that’s just standard in other hotels We had to pay for a microwave $45 because my friend has allergies and needed to bring her own food. I was surprised that there weren’t more restaurants close by.

Great hotel. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very well located (straight shot to Santa Monica, short ride to Getty Center, about an hour from Disney). Very nice room, helpful staff, decent bar/restaurant (but walkable distance from a few restaurants), parking.

The one and only thing I did not like was the low (and unadjustable) showerhead. I'm just 6' and I had to bow to wash my hair.

customer service is terrible
Pros:

hotel itself was great and location.

Cons:

My husband found my diamond hoop earring on the bed and set it on the bedside table right before we left. I called housekeeping and front desk immediately and, instead of going to room to get it, they asked me to fill out some random on-line form and never heard back. Called Front desk several times and they forwarded me to housekeeping and it never picked up. You guys owe me a $1000 earring.

Very poor value for money
Cons:

Expensive , no hot water in shower , no plugs by bed, no coffee facilities in room , the “complimentary” foyer coffee wasn’t available, check in staff said due to my status I had $15 credit , I was charged fully for the two waters I had … WIFI was slow … Ton of hidden charges

Good hotel, not a great value.
Pros:

Clean, reliant, professional staff. Delivered as expected.

Cons:

Parking fee is too high. Price per night is not low, and LA is not a public transportation friendly city. Adding an expensive parking fee is a bad first impression after a long drive.

A Wonderful Stay Near UCLA and West Hollywood

It was perfect for being near UCLA and West Hollywood, which made getting around simple without sacrificing comfort. I absolutely loved this hotel, but what truly made it stand out was the staff and how they consistently went above and beyond for guests. That level of service is what separates a good stay from a memorable one. The rooms are sleek and well-designed, and I specifically requested a room with a tub, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. There is plenty of space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are also equipped with mini fridges and very fast WiFi, which made a difference for both convenience and productivity. I also loved the gym. It is well set up, and the added touch of fun, photo-friendly details made it feel more engaging than a typical hotel gym. Overall, this is a standout property that combines location, comfort, and service at a high level. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and elevated experience in the area.
