The happy hour in the evening was great ! The breakfast was decent. The room was good. The staff was super friendly and pleasant
No safe in the room. The frig made loud humming noise. The coffee maker was finicky. It was expensive but the fact it was ⚽ world cup weekend explained it. The free food almost made up for it
This hotel is top-rated and I agree. The room was clean and comfortable. Two meals were included. The pool and hot tub were nice. The exercise room was well-equipped.
The hotel was full (due to the World Cup being in Houston) but the hotel was quiet, and the staff kept up with everything beautifully.
Breakfast and dinner are included. Believe me this was not a "light" dinner or hors d'oeuvres that you get at some hotels--this was a full-up dinner.
The general manager, himself, works the bar in the evening and helps with breakfast in the morning. I complimented him on his hotel and his staff. He told me that some staff members have been there since the hotel opened 30 years ago! That's a sign of a well-run hotel.

Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de TODAS las señoritas -y señoras- de ese lugar. Amables, resolutivas, simpáticas y muy colaboradoras. ¡Gracias Leslie, Britney, Juanita, Ariana (ella sabe), por hacer de mi estancia una semana muy agradable! Destaco también la presencia de máquinas de hielo en cada piso y la de refrescos cerca de recepción, porque el calor de Houston no tiene nombre. La temperatura del hotel es excelente pese al calor infernal de la calle.

Breakfast was.....adequite. Dinner and the drink were excellent. Room was good. Good sound insulation as no outside noise per se was heard. Parking was good and security met my expectations. Staff were great: Friendly, personable, informative, helpful, and accomodating.
My family and I stayed at this hotel in June 2026 and were disappointed by several issues with our room and the service we received.
The air conditioning stopped working during our stay, and the floor in front of the unit became completely soaked with water. The shower handle that turns the water on also fell off and had to be screwed back on before we could use it.
In addition to the maintenance problems, the overnight front desk employee was very rude when we tried to use the pantry store. She seemed irritated by our questions and acted as though assisting guests was a bother. As paying guests, we expected professional and courteous customer service, especially from front desk staff.
While the location was convenient, the room maintenance issues and poor customer service made our stay much less enjoyable than expected. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

This is an excellent place to stay in Houston. The staff really made me feel welcomed to the property with a clean space, delicious evening reception and morning breakfast that goes above the standard. I travel often and the stay was exceptional and easy to enjoy.
