Personál velmi milý, vstřícný. Se vším poradili a pomohli i přes jazykovou bariéru (z mé strany). Snídaně velmi dobrá, nic nechybělo. Obsluha v hotelové restauraci absolutně dokonalá, všichni úžasní, pozorní a milí.

Cons:

Není to výtka hotelu, ten byl dokonalý. Chápu důvod, nicméně přidělaná ramínka ve skříni, která nejdou sundat a jsou dost vysoko, jsou opravdu problém a je to pro nás menší velmi nepraktické. Bývá to ale v hotelech vcelku pravidelně, vypovídá to spíš o hostech než o hotelu, proto tomu rozumím a nehodnotím to jako minus pro hotel- jen poznamenávám.
