Big rooms and friendly staff in a dated building.
Pros:

The staff were really nice and the room was really big.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable - moves constantly. Everything felt aged/ worn. Food area got messy during meals.

Everyone on staff greeted us with a big smile which was contagious with the other guests.
Pros:

Breakfast was good compared to other hotel breakfasts. Coffee was exceptionally delicious.

A great location with friendly staff but in need of serious upgrades and remodeling.
Pros:

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly!!

Cons:

It definitely felt like an old hotel. The smell, the incredibly limited gym, the dining area and buffet, the showers - dated and smelled of mildew with visible mold. I purchased my own Lysol wipes to clean all of the door handles and windows from children’s hand prints and soiling.

Great hotel to stay at!
Pros:

Room was clean, plenty of things to go do, you get free drinks, pool and hot tub was amazing! 10 out of 10!

Easy access to the national park.
Pros:

Not only did they offer a hot breakfast buffet but also a small dinner buffet with free drinks, at the bar. But the beer was warm and flat from being poured into a pitcher. Price point was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The hot tub was foaming. Like did it need cleaning?

Great.
Pros:

We arrived late from our flight, around 10pm and we were greeted by a very nice young man, named Romelo. He helped us get set up, we were very tired. The breakfast was very good. Coffee available all time. The staff very friendly and helpful. The bathroom toilet gave us problem and we immediately got service.

Don't stay at this Drury!!
Pros:

Food was good.

Cons:

Never stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that had such a small bathroom. Staff said all are like this in hotel. Not like website picture at all. We felt conned. Have stayed in many Drury Inns. Worst facility ever!!!!

Everything! My kids love the pool, I love that they could eat free breakfast and also a dinner, as well as me getting three free complimentary drinks which really helped!
