Friendly Staff!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very kind and accommodating. Especially the ones who helped me with my luggage up and down the spiral stairs.

Cons:

Elevator wasn't working. I was on the top floor. Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Everything else was nice.

Chambre les prises ne fonctionnent pas, la lumière 3 sur 5 seulement fonctionne
Le petit déjeuner, machine à café en entretien lors du petit déjeuner, pas de jus de pommes dans un des distributeur, pas de sucre.
Salle de bain, la douchette de la baignoire est pleine de tartre, la baignoire et le lavabo sont écaillés, la lunette des WC est pas ou mal fixée. Les serviettes sont vielles et très usées.

La personne l'accueil en soirée est très aimable et professionnelle, elle n'hésite pas à nous fournir le bon confort et les centres d'intérêt, c'est vraiment un plus une belle chaleur humaine, nous la remercions ainsi que la jeune fille en journée qui est très sympathique. La climatisation était tout à fait fonctionnelle.

L'ensemble a été parfait, le calme, la vue sur un centre d'intérêt historique et l'ambiance respectueuse durant les soirées, le petit déjeuner sucré et salé les omelettes, fromage en cube de chèvre, pancake, crêpes, jus de fruit et brownie et tout le reste...

Badkamer met bad. Kon geen bad nemen gezien er geen badstop was. maar ik kon wel een douche nemen. Echter was de houder van de douchekop stuk.🙄

Hôtel vieillissant mais qui reste confortable. Personnel très agréable.

Clim opérationnelle malgré son grand âge.
Emplacement au top : à 3 mn du centre ville et 7mn du centre des congrès (à pied)

Hôtel qui a du être au top, il y a quelques décennies.
Il reste agréable, mais souffre d'un vieillissement global.
Plancher pas droit, robinet qui fuit, fenêtres en simple vitrage, clim d'un autre âge (mais qui marche bien), ascenseur en panne tout le séjour (5 jours), serviettes élimées.
Quelques détails montrent des rafraichissements pas toujours heureux : peintures qui débordent, trace d'un cadre sur le mur qui montre que ça a été repeint autour avant d'enlever le cadre, trous dans la salle de bain où quelque chose était installé à une autre époque.

Great location, near tram stops but the town centre was walkable anyway

Cons:

My room didn't seem to have been cleaned properly.
On arrival I saw that one of the sachets of coffee was used.
I found 2 toenail clippings on the floor near the bed.
The shower head rail was so loose that the shower wouldn't stay in position, I had to hold the shower head for the duration of my shower.

Le personnel est agréable mais ne savait pas comment gérer, l'emplacement en plein coeur des sites culturels.

Cons:

Chambre non nettoyée, des poils et cheveux dans le lavabo, la poubelle sur la table, la table thé/café sale. Nous avons du faire 3 chambre ou en choisir une à peu près bien mais sale quand même. Jamais vu ça. Aucun dédommagement juste "désolée hein vraiment".
J'ai payé une majoration pour ma chambre pour + de confort (+ 50*%) résultat la qualité était plus médiocre que le dernière fois, le personnel n'téiat pas informée de ma majoration.
Petit déjeuner médiocre pour le prix, pas de fruit frais, ni salé convenable, tout en portions individuelles de qualité médiocre, peu de choix et mauvais.
