Varm velkomst
Pros:

Personale var et kæmpestort plus! Meget venlig modtagelse og altid hjælpsomme receptionister i godt humør.

Super god service at hotellet opfordrer til, at man bruger deres koldtvands hane til at holde vandflaskerne fyldte midt i en hedebølge.
Også et stort plus at udcheckning på afrejsedagen først er kl. 12.00.

Badeværelset var nok parisisk i størrelse - men nyt og lækkert.
OK beliggende tæt på Montmartre, metro og gode restauranter.
Værelset havde en ok udsigt mod Eiffeltårnet.

Cons:

Der var flere mangler, som relativt nemt kunne være udbedret:

- Vandhane der var utæt.
- Elkedlen duede ikke.
- Skodderne foran vinduerne var knækket af og derfor kunne vi ikke lukke varmen og lyset ude.
- Lamper ved begge sider af sengen var monteret med kraftig tape.

Billederne af lyse, moderne værelser, stemmer på ingen måde overens med de mørke orange vægge og mørkt gulvtæppe vi boede i og med dårlig belysning var værelset dunkelt.
Det er lidt en stramning at kalde det et "privilegie-værelse".

Horrible costumer service
Pros:

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

I was supposed to travel from Madrid to Paris the next day, but my passport was stolen in Barcelona before my trip. I immediately sent the hotel official police reports and embassy documents explaining the emergency situation.

Despite all the proof provided, the hotel ignored my emails, refused any refund or assistance, and showed zero professionalism or human respect.

A hotel that treats guests this way during a real emergency does not deserve trust. They only care about charging clients, not about customer service or basic decency.

Be very careful before booking here.

Perfect break

We were in the corner of the corridor was perfect the lady receptionist was adorable so bubbly would I always greet us in French . What an asset nice big rooms just enough size very clean!

Ótima localização, hotel limpo e funcionários gentios

Cons:

Houve uma goteira no banheiro do meu quarto, eles não tinham outro quarto disponível. Pediram para colocar toalhas no chão e disseram que arrumariam no dia seguinte, o que de fato ocorreu. Eles arrumaram. Contudo, o fato de não terem um quarto disponível em caso de emergencia, deixou um pouco a desejar. Pelo menos foi resolvido no dia seguinte.
