Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very appealing entry foyer. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was an issue. If we asked for something they delivered! Rooms were clean and spacious

Tophotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Dieses sehr saubere in ruhiger Lage liegende Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen. Bis zum historischen Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ideal auch für Besucher der Semperoper. Sehr gut sind auch die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage unmittelbar unter dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr reichlich und vielseitig.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war super!!
(Auch der Service bei normalem Betrieb.)
Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nur, wenn kein Großveranstaltungen in Dresden stattfinden.😊

Cons:

Das Personal war total überfordert, weil an dem Wochenende, als wir dort waren, mehrere Konzerte stattgefunden haben. Das Hotel war dem Ansturm der Gäste nicht gewachsen!!

Ein guter Aufenthalt mit gutem Service.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm.
Für die Sauna wurden einmalig 5,- Euro bezahlt.

Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Besuch in Dresden . Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und würden sofort wieder dieses Hotel
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und direkt an der Elbe. Tolle kostenlose Unterbringung der Fahrräder im verschlossenen Fahrradkäfig in der Tiefgarage.
Super umfangreiches Frühstück, sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal. Kaffee und Kuchen nachmittags auf der Terrasse sehr lecker.

Badewanne ( mit Glasabtrennung) statt Dusche
