never go to this place. they give away your room without hesitation.
Pros:

the outside looked well kept. it was very hard to find the location.

Cons:

we were refused our room at the front desk..they said no rooms available and did not care if we had a reservation. we were there before 7 pm. they said booking.com overbooked us, which we do not believe because we booked over a month early. we were lucky it was only 2.5 hours to go back home that is what we did. we better not be charged for the room.

This hotel management is very poor, all over the hotel is dirty even inside the room very bad if someone try to get there, I recommend it don’t go there.

The rooms were not cleaned and ready well after check in. Then hallways were filled with dirty linen n towels from cleaning and were there entire time . Non working elevator and only 1 person on staff . Most doors don’t work for entry

a quiet stay.
Pros:

it was quiet. right by the concert i was attending. staff was friendly even with all the chaos going on. They are seen and very much appreciated.

Cons:

hotel needs work. elevator was down half the time we were there. and charging for wifi is insane.

room wasn’t “ready” until 6:50pm, they were short staffed. the old linens were outside the door all night.. no linens in the room, once i was naked to get into shower did i realize that.. no toilet paper, very out dated and just dirty…

It was terrible and I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America ever again!
Pros:

The woman at check-in was friendly

Cons:

The room reeked of cigarette smoke! The door did not have the security chain for added protection. The toilet wouldn’t flush and had been used and not cleaned. The bed was terribly uncomfortable.

I guess because its an extended stay there were a lot of people drunk & smoking weed in and around the building which made us a little uneasy as we had all our stuff with us because we were moving across the country.

And at check-in the front desk was very cold and seemed bother I was there. Landscaping of hotel was terrible. Did not look like grass was cut or flower beds have not been cleared for over a year. Everything was overgrown.
