Haare im Bett; extrem stickig - es war in den Zimmern deutlich wärmer als im Gang oder im Freien.
Manche frischen Handtücher hatten Flecken und das schlimmste war beim Frühstück ist mir tatsächlich eine Kakerlake über den Teller gelaufen! Nie wieder! Bitte wenn es Köln sein muss, dann legt ein paar Euro drauf und macht euch einen schönen Aufenthalt woanders.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

It had no air conditioning and the fans supplied were useless. The location was 8 miles out of town and not near a bus stop so I spend hundreds on taxis. It isn’t disability accessible. The breakfast is the same every day. When the fire alarm went off early in the morning they didn’t do a roll call or check any of the guests were okay.

Cons:

Üst kat oda sıcaktı klima yoktu. Resepsiyon personeli hiç sıcak kanlı değil. Odaya otel içinden çok gürültü geliyor. Ücret yüksek.

​An absolute scam and a nightmare stay. Avoid this place at all costs!
​My room was fully prepaid weeks ago via Booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist aggressively demanded I pay the full amount again, claiming it wasn’t paid. When I immediately showed her my digital receipt and proof of payment, she panicked and changed her story on the spot, telling me: "Oh, I didn't mean that, you have to pay us now and then we will refund your money." This is a blatant attempt to double-charge guests! When I refused to fall for her lies and stood my ground, she backed down and only asked for the dog fee. She was extremely rude and was shouting at me in front of other customers.
​To make things worse, the hotel is a total oven. There is NO air conditioning (which they conveniently hide on their page), and during a hot summer night, the room was completely unlivable. I paid €70 for just 7 hours of sleep and left exhausted. Unprofessional, dishonest, and horrible service. Never again!

Hotel sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer ausreichende Größe

Cons:

Über Booking hatte ich mich über die Zimmerausstattung informiert, es wurde angegeben dass es einen Ventilator im Zimmer gab.
Leider war das nicht der Fall, das es gab 3 Stück für das ganze Hotel.
Entweder Ventilatoren besorgen oder rausnehmen, so hätten wir uns einen mitgenommen, weil es doch sehr warm war
