Sehr schöner und komfortabler Aufenthalt in der Hauptstadt.
Pros:

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, auch dank der sehr guten Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Alles wird sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel gehandhabt (z. B. Tiefgaragennutzung am Abreisetag). Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, um wichtige Hotspots zu besichtigen. Auch das Frühstück war besonders - toller Ausblick im 8. Stock, eine kleine aber sehr feine Auswahl an leckeren Dingen: Klasse statt Masse.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Really comfortable, quiet, spacious apartment close to underground, supermarket if you want to self cater, many important sites are walkable (Brandenberg gate, checkpoint Charlie and other sites). Concierge staff were very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them

Not cheap, but good value in central Berlin.
Pros:

We had a Superior Suite on the 6th floor: Quiet spacy rooms with comfortable and undamaged furniture, a balcony with table and two chairs, wineglasses - everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for our needs: two subway lines close to the hotel, Gendarmenmarkt just 200 m away. We did not book the breakfast (25,- EUR per person), since there are many cafés in the neighbourhood.
