Is het een hotel, is het een appartement? Het is een thuis in hartje Berlijn!
Pros:

Midden in het centrum (naast U-Bahn station Stadtmitte) en toch rustig. Ruime kamer en badkamer, fijn bed, fijn balkon met uitzicht. Kitchenette en zithoek. Goed ontbijt. Eigen parkeergarage (als je reserveert) waar onze fietsen veilig op de auto konden blijven zitten. Voor het eerst dat ik een 10 geef.

Cons:

Op zich fijn dat er geen deuren in het appartement zitten, maar daardoor komt het licht van het keuken raam ‘s ochtends de slaapkamer binnen.
Wat gebrom van de lift is in de kamer te horen.

Great location, clean and responsive staff. Room was very comfortable overall.

Cons:

Check-in communication was very poor and stressful, as we came in late (nearly midnight) and had no way to check in. We never got an email link to check-in. All they needed to do was tell us to check with the security booth by the entrance (a round, totally dark tinted glass booth, just for any future guests). They had our key and were very helpful.
Also, not really a fully equipped kitchenette where we had assumed we could cook a little. Only a fridge and microwave.

Pros:

the internet pictures and presentation are misleading. the place is simple and offer no real spa or any other quality hotel services(a tiny room as a gym and a small sauna ). they even charge 20 euro for parking over night . for me a very big disappointed . best avoid and book any other hotel in the area .

Pros:

Great staff especially Ati! Walk in closets, serviceable kitchen with a health food store across the Street. Small but well-equipped gym and two saunas. Colonial style design. Very central location to travel by taxi, bike or mass transit. One thing to note: If you want to be in higher floor, don't book the Management Suites, but rather the other category (Deluxe maybe?)

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Не слышно сильного шума. Идеальный гараж с дальнейшим легким попаданием на этаж. Отличные завтраки и приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Все понравилось. Бокалов, тарелок, и приборов могло бы быть больше. Тапочки - у многих людей размер ноги немного больше чем 41 😎. И халаты могли бы быть немного больше.
