Same breakfast too much.

Our first impression was the reception staff who displayed very little interest and handled our check-in process poorly. Over our two night stay, the overall staff interaction was disheartening, although there were a few members who showed some interest. Our room was reasonably comfortable but could benefit from some maintenance, especially the ceiling in the bathroom.

No chair or table in the room. very dusty.
Not Wyndham quality at all.

One morning no hot breakfast.

What I did not like? There was lots of homeless people close to the hotel. I know you can not control the homeless population but I did not feel safe coming in late in the evening. I had to park far on the side and had to walk though the front door because the side doors locked. The first 2 nights there was so much noise I could not sleep. I changed rooms to front and the parking lot noise was loud. I had to sleep with the window open because it smelled bad and the room was very hot. that was the only way to make it managable. Most of the work out equipment was not working. The pool key was not working and the pool was not heated as stated in Booking site. The front desk people were lacking in friendliness. I finally got one of them to start being more friendly toward the end of my stay.

No free WiFi. WiFi wasn’t working anyway according to staff. Rooms could use some TLC.

My card was charged almost $800 for damages from over 2 years ago that are not mine in any capacity! Im not responsible for the other hotel guests - not physically or financially. And they're refusing to give my money back! This s*** is bananas! Ill be seeing them in court or a jail visiting room after I file criminal charges for theft.

I also found drug paraphernalia in a paper hotel cup that had been put under the bathroom sink. Thank God it didn't spill or something bc there was lots of broken glass in the cup as well and I would be so furious if my dog got injured and/or sick bc she stepped on drug infected glass.

OOOHHHHH...and my room REEKED like rancid milk and nothing i did would get rid of the smell. And there were black hairs (super long ones and short n curly ones like pubes) all over the tub/shower and bathroom floor.

Not 100% clean

A couple of the staff members rather sit on their phone and help anybody the pool door was completely locked for half the time we were there and that’s all my kids wanted to do was swim couldn’t get no clean towels off. The staff was like a bother someone I asked the gentleman if I can get some extra towels after being there for three days and on our last day, we got woken up at 7 AM for a fire alarm because the room across road was getting too hot from have them having full blast heaters trying to dry up the floor, not to mention the homeless people on the edge of the stairways through the night two of the nights because Staff doesn’t walk through the hallways

What i just talked about being accused of something when I was showed nothing, just after paying I was told I was not able try o have my room where I got no compensation for my reservation.
