Highly Evasive and Defensive

Cons:

The unprofessionalism of the staff. The issue wasn't with policy. I know every hotel has incidentals and deposit no problem. Why is it not posted especially if I am booking from (booking, priceline or Expedia) Furthermore the staff thought it was cool to go back and forth with me through email after I canceled the reservation and moved on. I had to call and make a complaint with Wyndham Corporate because as a business you should act like it. As a business owner I don't go back and forth with customers especially if there is an issue. If the issue can't be resolved going back and forth on an email chain is crazy work since I LOVE receipts.

Looks like the facility and property need proper updates and better upkeep. The room we had contained a broken latch which will need to be replaced.

Beware....
Pros:

On the positive side the price of the room was fantastic.

Cons:

was very disappointed. Our toilet wouldn't flush, the bathroom sink drained slow, and the chair in my handicapped room had a broken leg. This room wasn't ready for a customer to stay in.

Worth the stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Pool was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had two issues, but they were addressed immediately.

Pros:

The price was exceptional! It was quiet and well decorated.

Cons:

I went to ask for fresh towels and staff wouldnt let me get any until housekeeping arrived the next day. The pool needed a good cleaning. Contential breakfast was a huge disappointment.
