Amazing service and ambience but the team is fantastic
Loved all of it
The phenomenal customer service provided by the staff. Each and everyone went over and above to serve us. From the entrance security down to housekeeping and everyone in between, extremely happy with the service and the property.

It’s was the best hotel in town
The old aspects of what made the hotel special is lost ,it now is just a commercial hotel .The Oberoi culture and management is now changed from special to just a normal hotel due to evolving staff and mannerism that feels normal against a few special aspects that were maintained earlier
Well maintained and classy in approach
I paid much for early morning check in. Was it worth I cannot say…when I arrived the staff say there was no room available and when they realized I can pay for they found a room immediately… just not honest

Everything about the hotel was exceptional! My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The entire hotel team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and they made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit. A special thank you to our host, Minakshi, who assisted us with such genuine care and kindness. We really appreciated her thoughtful service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be happy to stay here again!
The property was beautiful, green and so lush. Does not feel like your in the centre of the city!
