Posizione buona, ma da migliorare la pulizia, i servizi e l’assistenza al cliente
Pros:

La struttura si trovava in una buona posizione per poter girare le varie attrazioni di Parigi. Inoltre le stanze sono spaziose, con anche acqua e caffè.

Cons:

La struttura presentava alcune carenze a livello dei servizi. In particolare l’aria condizionata e l’assistenza alla reception.

Just what we wanted
Pros:

Your hotel is such a friendly place - you made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. And the breakfasts were a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Nothing really - I don't think you aim to be a "luxury" hotel but what you do offer is warmth, comfort and a very friendly service.

Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

Not as clean as it should have been. Glasses left in the fridge from previous guests. Pictures on website are much nicer than the actual room. But that being said it was a decent place.

Staff were friendly

Cons:

We were not told that the view out of the window was all building works. Some maintenance issues and overpriced for the size of the room. Bed linen and cleaning products left outside our door.

Chambre tres confortable. Le lit est vraiment bien.

Le sol des chambres grince dès que l’on marche dessus. Même si c’est Paris le tarif est trop élevé.

Pros:

Accogliente, pulito, acqua e snack sempre disponibili nella hall. Non abbiamo provato la colazione ma nel pomeriggio erano disponibili i loro croissant per uno snack, davvero buoni e graditi.
Hotel vicino alla fermata della metro e inoltre sono disponibili diversi autobus in zona
