Приветливый персонал , месторасположение

Cons:

Номер стоил 450 евро в сутки и на картинке на букинг был балкон , однако весь номер был около 9 квадратов , старая мебель , старое постельное белье, около 3 квадратов туалет , смывая воду гул стоял на весь отель по стояку , какие то проблемы с трубами, очень старая сантехника , очень. Старый громкий общий кондиционер с несвежим воздухом поэтому открывали окна и засыпали с шумом улицы

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome with close proximity to visit historic sites.

The location was very central to getting around to many of the major monuments & sites.
Elevator made accessibility to room easier.
Staff were extremely helpful & friendly.
Hotel was extremely clean.

Cons:

The mattresses could be improved. They are very firm.

It is a very nice modern upshaped hotel with a really warm welcome at the reception desk. The people at the desk are very supporting in all belongings.
Rooms are very clean and I had a very nice experience at the terrace next to my room!

Hotelli ja huone eivät vastanneet millään tavoin 4*luokitustaan. Huone oli epäsiisti, kankaiset seinät repsottivat, wc/suihkutila kaipaisi pikaista remonttia. Kosteus tuli wc:ssa seinistä ja kaapistoista, likaista ja rikkinäistä. Huoneilma todella huonoa, ilmastoinnista huolimatta. Astmaatikkona tämä oli huonoin hotellikokemus koskaan ja yöt oli vaikeita, kun henki meni ahtaalle. Ensimmäisenä iltana jo pyydettiin huoneenvaihtoa, mutta sitä ei meille mahdollistettu. Tämän kokemuksen myötä meni usko luokituksiin.

Beautiful little Boutique Hotel close to city center

We traveled to Italy for a wedding my daughter and her boyfriend were attending in Tuscany, and planned to spend just 1–2 days in Rome before heading out of the city. We booked two rooms for one night but ended up extending our stay for an additional night. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating with our last‑minute request.

The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of the city center. The rooms were lovely, the property was well kept, and the staff could not have been nicer. We absolutely would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een goeie locatie

De locatie van hotel is perfect, lekker centraal en het meeste is te lopen vanaf het hotel.

Cons:

Kamers zijn nogal gehorig, dus als je luidruchtige buren hebt heb je een slechte nachtrust
