L'appartement est bien néanmoins j'ai du attendre deux jours pour avoir les ustensiles pour cuisiner, j'ai du me tracasser pour trouver la trash room, au départ j'aurai aimé laisser mes valises à la réception comme mon vol était fin de journée mais cela semblait très/trop compliqué ( je les ai déposées chez un collègue)
Dommage car c'est des petites attentions qui font plaisir à un voyageur seul
Néanmoins qualité/prix très intéressant et plus sympa que ces hôtels impersonnels ( il y a de la vie dans l'établissement)
Il y a également du bruit à cause de l'autoroute( mais perso cela ne m'a pas dérangé)

The worst hotel I ever lived in the problem is the big old dogs and people have they let them climb all on the furniture

Nothing the elevator was broken. Both elevators was broken, and I had to take the stairs to the fourth floor up and down.

Cons:

I didn’t like the broken elevator and the dirty rooms and I don’t like a hotel that let dogs and animals live there all the rooms smell like a dead dog one room. And have poop all on the floor and I told him to give me another room.

Great Experience
Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel for the past two months, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The property is clean, comfortable, and has truly felt like a home away from home during a difficult time in my life.
What really makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. Bimwana, Ruth, and Marita are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and their professionalism and positive attitudes never go unnoticed. Every interaction with them has been pleasant, and they always make me feel welcome.
I truly appreciate everything they've done to make my stay comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service and a caring staff, I highly recommend staying here.
