A Truly Fantastic Stay!

Stay was fantastic! The Privilege Room was simply wonderful, featuring a stunning view of the cathedral and a lovely balcony. A huge thank you to Nicole Boni for arranging this room.

I would also like to thank Delara Dag for the smooth check-out experience and valuable assistance with city logistics, as well as Tamta Mosakhlishvili for helping to resolve several issues during my stay. Special thanks also go to Reservations Agent Katarina Petrikowsky for her quick and efficient communication, and to the entire Front Office team, including the night staff, for kindly delivering various tableware items to my room whenever needed.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was huge and so comfortable that I hardly wanted to get up in the morning. The complimentary minibar, which included German beer, as well as the in-room coffee machine, were great additional touches.

The hotel's location is excellent just a 5–8 minute walk from both the cathedral and the train station, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially the Privilege Room category. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Köln
Pros:

Viertelstunde bis zum Bahnhof, Fünf Minuten bis zur U-Bahn, Zimmer mit Domblick

Cons:

Badezimmer könnte mal renoviert werden, Badezimmertür ist eine Schiebetür, die sich nicht abschließen lässt und auch nicht dicht schließt.

Der gläserne Lift war eigentlich toll, jedoch öffnete sich die Türe nicht und wir steckten für mehrere Minuten fest ( obwohl wir den Alarmknopf dauernd drückten und auch an die Scheiben klopften) bemerkte dies niemand. Irgendwann ging die Türe auf
