Pros:

Було чисто

Cons:

Вимкнули електрику вночі і ми мало не запізнились на автобус. Також я прийшла на бар і захотіла замовити кави. На мене просто не звернули уваги. Може співробітник був зайнятий сильно. Але хотілося б щоб людина пояснила причину

מלון חדיש, מיקום בסדר, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, צוות נוקשה ולא מסביר פנים, לא מומלץ לשומרי מסורת.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. חדרים גדולים, נוחים ונקיים, וכל יום (אם רוצים) עוברים רענון של הצוות. מיקום כק"מ מבית חבד וביהכ"נ של הקהילה היהודית, כחצי ק"מ מטיילת הריין, כשני ק"מ מהעיר העתיקה או מהגנים היפניים. כלומר לכל כיוון לא רחוק מדי , אם כי גם לא ממש קרוב . תחבורה ציבורית ממש קרוב למלון. מקום חניה בשפע בסביבה למגיעים עם רכב. מתקנים חדשים וחדישים, מיזוג טוב. בר עד מאוחר.

Cons:

צוות (קבלה, בר, חדר אוכל) יעיל אבל קשוח ונוקשה ומסרב לבקשות. המקום מופיע ברשימת בתי המלון של בית חבד כמומלץ לשומרי שבת כי הוא בסביבה- יש לדעת שהוא לא מומלץ מבחינה זאת (לא מוכנים לתת מפתח שבת, אוטומציה בלי אפשרות נטרול באורות בחדר בארון ובמקרר, ועוד).

Перши номер який коштував дорожче був набагато гірший, на унітазі було чиєсь волосся, душ не дуже чистий, номер маленький, а от дешевший номер був кращий і новіший набагато

Toller Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Tram fährt fast direkt vor der Tür. Gute Anbindung an Messe Nord Merkur Spiel Arena etc.
Gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Purtroppo per cause personali non abbiamo usufruito dei numerosi servizi offerti dalla struttura.
Pros:

Molto buona per noi la posizione, dal momento che era un soggiorno per far visita a nostra figlia che vive poco distante, in Schwannstrasse. Purtroppo in questo periodo era interdetto il passaggio sul ponte di attraversamento aereo di Kennedydamm e raggiungere l'abitazione della figlia è stato un po' problematico, ma ovviamente il problema non ha alcuna attinenza con l'hotel.

Cons:

Il bagno con vasca e non solo piatto doccia, con qualche problema di gestione dei soffioni.

Pros:

Gute Lage in Düsseldorf-Golzheim. Die Straßenbahn fährt quasi vor der Tür. Nette Lokale, Bäcker, Supermarkt usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Rhein ist auch quasi um die Ecke. In die Altstadt läuft man ca. 20 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Fön, Duschutensilien, Vanity Kit sind vorhanden. Ebenso ein Safe und ein Kühlschrank. Auf dem Zimmer hat man die Möglichkeit, sich Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider ist die Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert. Das bedeutete für mich bei 30 Grad draußen auch nachts über 20 Grad im Zimmer. Das ist (für mich) deutlich zu warm zum Schlafen. In der Lobby und in der Bar war es deutlich kühler.
Ein vom House-Keeping gebrachter Ventilator brachte natürlich nicht viel.

das zimmer hat alles was man braucht. das zimmer hat einen eigenen kühlschrank. das frühstück bietet eine riesen auswahl.

Cons:

es hat eine grosse decke für zwei. ich habe lieber eine eigene decke.

Wegen mehrerer Großveranstaltungen waren alle Parkplätze hier und in der Umgebung völlig belegt, das Personal hat uns dann eine unkomplizierte nahe Lösung möglich gemacht. Top und 1000 Dank

Sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gut ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer in Top Lage, Öffis direkt in 2 min Fußweg erreichbar. Gute Anbindung zum Open Air bzw der Arena. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
