Elevator was a mess
I accidentally booked the “cosy” room. And true to its description, it’s cosy. Was suitable for 1 night for a couple but I would strongly advise a couple to maybe go for the bigger room.
The room service costs is mental.

Check in staff was rude but the doorman and everyone else was lovely.
The location, the lobby area setup. The cleanness. Front desk staff is friendly (Mahmood is helpful). The cafe in the ground floor is nice (the waiters in the cafe are very welcoming).
The design inside the room lacks space management making the room to lose comfort. For example, 1) the wardrobe is L shaped with dead corner. 2) The sink is too big for the size of the bathroom and it could have been corner-sink to leave more space in the bathroom.
- Calling the reception sometime with no reply, but very helpful once the call is attended.
- the front desk is nice and friendly, but the hotel needs to more accommodating for family guest needs offering some flexibility within limits such as checkout time.

Nothing
Stayed at the hotel 4 times per year since initial opening and really like it the hotel amenities and facilities. Location is also very good, rooms are well appointed and overall the hotel is spotless. Doorman's are very helpful and courteous.
The service at lobby bar is spotty and very slow. Also staff at checking are sometimes unfriendly.
Overall a fantastic hotel that exceeded expectations particularly due the reasonable price.
No swimming pool.
We have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for several years and have booked this room category before, which made this even more surprising.
We arrived late in the evening and were given the last available room in our category. The room was much smaller than expected and did not match the impression given online. A member of the reception team even told us that the room is being advertised larger on Booking.com than it actually is and that the hotel had already asked for this to be corrected.
As the hotel was fully booked, the only alternative offered was the highest suite category. We therefore decided to leave and stay elsewhere. Despite checking out immediately and never actually using the room, we were still charged for the night.
I was also left with the impression that guests booking through third-party platforms are treated differently from those booking directly.
Not the level of service I would expect from hotel line Nobu, especially as a returning guest.
The location was great and the staff were very helpful. Food quality was great, but the selection was very limited.
Sound proofing was weak and the doors were very loud. The balcony was locked and there weren't much view to begin with in the rooms we were assigned.
We booked 2 rooms at Nobu Portman Square, primarily for the location. And on location it delivers in trumps. Easy walkability to shops and restaurants with delightful Marylebone at your front door. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. If you stay more than 3 days I’d opt for larger than a standard room. The beds and pillows are perfection. The rooms are modern and crisp.
Breakfast was included and it is fine just for a start to the day. Not a treat but practical. Staff are on-the-ball and enthusiastic. This adds a lovely level of hospitality.
I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to London.

Aesthetically pleasing.
Unfortunately the A/C in my room was not very good and hardly circulated any cool air, so was very difficult to sleep. This was a very hot day with outside temperatures reaching 30 degrees. Secondly, there was a not a very nice smell coming from the bathroom.
