Ok for a large hotel, but better options at this price point.
Pros:

Nobu Portman Square is located in the heart of shopping districts and easy to pop out and splurge. We had a warm friendly welcome, albeit a little mechanical, which could be because it’s a big hotel?

The hotel is in what can only be described as an old social housing building. It has been modernised at the entrance and internally but not what i expected.

The room was spacious and well appointed but the balcony just reminded you of the above (run down old building).

Service also wasn’t a match to other hotels at this price point, We understand that it’s a more informal hotel but we are great believers that informal hotels don’t need to offer “less service”. Few issues having to explain what was included in our room rate (breakfast etc), which felt a bit budget hotel.

Breakfast offered a main course and a large cold buffet. It was made extremely clear that you get one item and one coffee and one juice. No hotel at this level (price wise) is this concerned by making it as restrictive as possible.

We went for dinner which was nice, but it doesn’t feel intimate and warm like a lot of similar restaurants around London, it feels more food hall, not really what i expected.

Maybe our expectations are too high, but if you are going to charge Luxury rates, you will be compared to Luxury hotels. Not sure this is the hotel for us in London, for some i am sure it’s great. Three is described as average on tripadvisor and at this level we believe it is just that.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square.

As we were traveling with our little daughter, we were genuinely impressed by the thoughtful preparations made for our room. They had provided everything from a baby blanket to other baby essentials, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. These small touches made us feel very welcome and showed a real commitment to guest comfort.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The in-room amenities were also excellent and of great quality.

Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again.

BLESSED to try it for near future stay.
Pros:

Amazing Hotel with great vibes, facilities and atmosphere. The service was beyond expectations with excellent location.

Cons:

Many staff available to help with less waiting time. The facilitated early check in to us.
The room is very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable too.
The provided yummy cookies and welcoming drinks.

Another perfect visit
Pros:

Another fantastic stay at NOBU PORTMAN SQUARE. This hotel has the best location of any luxury hotel in London for anyone who values early morning fitness & walking in the parks. It sits at equal distance to Hyde Park and Regent Park! We also sleep better at NOBU than anywhere else outside of our own home; the bedding is superior! Thank you team NOBU for another great visit!
