Central stay for my friend’s big birthday bash
Pros:

Central location. Where my friends were hosting their party.

Cons:

The rooms were super basic. I know the positioning is Japanese minimalist but it was like a business hotel with bare minimum.

Great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to everything. Very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only downside was the thin walls as we could hear the room next door leaving at 6AM making lots of noise.

The door and car staff were a real credit to the hotel so friendly, helpful and always going above and beyond. Great stay overall.

Pros:

Great hotel in a very nice area of London. Very friendly personell, received an upgrade despite a busy check-in time. Overall very pleased with my stay

Cons:

There is a "discretionary" 5% service charge applied to your room-rate which I was not informed about.
