I would like to raise a concern regarding the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, and the shower door is difficult to operate due to the limited space. Furthermore, whenever I take a shower, water spills out onto the bathroom floor, creating inconvenience and discomfort. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed.
The hotel was very good and the room was good
At checkout I noticed that they charged me an additional % of the room rate as a service charge. This was not on the booking conditions nor was this ever explained to me at check in or check out. When I showed them the booking details they tried to hide it as another charge. Finally they informed me that's its an optional service charge which I have not seen before in other hotels. Be sure to check your bills as it seems its a common practice they do to try to over charge customers.

We had a wonderful experience at Noble Hotel London. The location is excellent — very convenient and perfectly situated in the City of London. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome.
The food at Nobu restaurant was exceptional, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We visited London on a lovely hot and sunny day, so spending time on the terrace at the Nobu Lounge was especially enjoyable. It was such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the city.
Overall, a very memorable experience — great location, wonderful service, exceptional food, and a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended.

El botón del ascensor dejó de funcionar y pasaron 4 días y no se había solucionado, y el sistema de TV funcionaba muy mal, se congelaba la imagen a cada rato y no se podía ver nada de la programación.

Very nice staff from reception to house keeping and especially the team at breakfast . The rooms are nice the breakfast good . Location very convenient .
Some balconies are in accessible … probably they should have nuts in the breakfast buffet ..
Always Delivers on Food, Service and Atmosphere- Nobu Portman Square is a local for us yet it’s never lost its appeal. It consistently delivers great sushi, superb appetisers and main fish dishes packed with flavour. Service is always exceptional and the dining room remains understated yet full of atmosphere. You should go.

They where not sure what to do in several occasions
Hotel located in a very good are . Rooms are so small , that we had to upgrade our room to Junior Suite and paid extra 2500 USD . Breakfast was so bad , that we had to eat breakfast in restaurant near hotel . Hotel rooms are overpriced . I would not recommend to stay there and pay such ridiculous price !!
Breakfast was disappointing and not acceptable for 5 star hotel .
