Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location and modern nice rooms, smaller than other hotels in london but still comfortable and great.

Cons:

Having stayed at the property 5 times out of convenience when seeing friends in London , the luxury price you pay is for the brand name only. In comparison with other hotels in London the customer journey is little to none existent, it’s not an issue in my eyes but worth the mention. I have never been upgraded, recognised for staying on multiple occasions and showing loyalty and there always have been issues in regards to check in times.
