Overall decent stay; clean and good location
Pros:

Area around the property is quiet. Hotel is tucked away so it feels private. The grounds and lobby was clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

The location is fantastic. It is clean and roomy.

The fact they don’t clean the rooms
every day, only every other day. Our trash cans were full and we ran out of towels.

Pros:

The bathroom was so small, I could barely get in/out of shower. The carpet- in the room smelled funny. The hotel lobby had a smell. The elevator had a smell... the hotel was not what I expected...it lacked luxury.

Fine and comfortable
Pros:

Convenient to where I needed to be. Bed and room were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine for what I needed. I did not like no microwave in the room.

Definitely not what I have known a Hyatt experience to be.
Cons:

Small area to share with another person. Bathroom very small. Bathroom door had many nicks and the patch work was terrible. The toilet tissue holder looked like a child patched it. Puddy glue oozing all around it. Room 416. Room was not vacuumed. Sheets were horribly wrinkly. Standards have changed obviously for. Hyatt hotel.

Some good and some bad
Pros:

Staff, location, cleanliness

Cons:

I wanted to discuss our stay, as we’ve experienced several issues. At check-in, the TV was blasting and there was no remote. Later, kids repeatedly banged on our door and ran away, which we reported. This morning, loud banging from the neighboring room and noise through the adjoining wall woke us up. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a restful stay.

Good clean hotel
Pros:

Room was lovely and big and clean. The gym is has dumbbells and cardio machines but needs a clean. Swimming pool is open and looks ok but I did not use it

Good Potential But Current Fail
Pros:

I really wanted to like this hotel because the staff was soo nice...but I just don't see myself making a return trip here. Upon checking in the team at the desk was really nice, the check in was quick and the overall look of the hotel was modern and updated but this horrific smell hit my nose as soon as I stepped in. It smelled like trash on a hot day and diapers. I could also smell cleaning supplies which tried to over power the smells but fell extremely short. I assumed someone was cleaning and needed to take the trash out so I ignored it. I proceeded into my room, walked around stepped in my bathroom and noticed someone had urinated alll over the toilet seat. No problem. I'll call the front desk and ask someone to clean it, but the phone in the room doesn't work. I walked to the front desk, voiced my concern and they moved me immediately. I step into that room, change and watch tv. I look down and notice foam toe spacers on the floor (must be from prior guests). So needless to say the rooms aren't cleaned that great. Their staff doesn't have to clean each room daily and still does a poor job. During breakfast I went to get coffee and there were gnats flying all around the coffee dispensers. a lot of them. And yes that horrible smell was present the entire stay. This hotel is in a great area and is updated but it just feels yucky like it's not clean. It has great potential but I want to sleep somewhere where I feel
it's clean and comfortable.
