It was quite affordable clean we like the kitchen site up was nice and the breakfast was good
It's nothing that I didn't like
I like the room felt very homey and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and warm and like the kitchen.
There was no conditioner in the shower.
Kitchen top and bathroom were a little dirty.
Customer service was excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable temperature. Free coffee that seemed to be always available.
My room card never worked in the parking lot. The staff was always ready to help me. I’m not sure what was wrong with the system. According to Priceline parking was supposed to be included. It was not. I’d recommend updating that through Priceline.
Everything was great
The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer.
The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.

The area was near the mall. The staff were very friendly and professional. The fire place outside in the back was priceless!
I wish the room could have been cleaned at least twice. I had to ask the cleaning lady if she could clean my room (it was only 1 time), and I believe if I didn’t quickly offered a generous tip, she wouldn’t have cleaned my room. Or maybe she would have asked someone for permission.
The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall.
The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny
Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Superior customer service. I was turned off by the smell of my pillows. Otherwise excellent value and location.
