Pros:

The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer.

Cons:

The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.

The stay was very pleasant. But cleaning the bathroom every 2/3 days is mandatory.
Pros:

The area was near the mall. The staff were very friendly and professional. The fire place outside in the back was priceless!

Cons:

I wish the room could have been cleaned at least twice. I had to ask the cleaning lady if she could clean my room (it was only 1 time), and I believe if I didn’t quickly offered a generous tip, she wouldn’t have cleaned my room. Or maybe she would have asked someone for permission.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay!
Pros:

The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall.

Cons:

The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny

Great value and location near a mall
Pros:

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Superior customer service. I was turned off by the smell of my pillows. Otherwise excellent value and location.

Nice and clean

Cons:

They did not use my tax exempt form. The General Manager was suppose to call me and never did. I called the cooperate office and they said they would have him call me, NEVER DID. Poor customer service
