Gute Lage zur City

Cons:

Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamationen waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte) der Kühlschrank und der Safe im Zimmer defekt. Die Rezeption war immer von verschiedenen Personen besetzt, einer wusste nicht, was dem anderen gesagt wurde. Fazit: sehr schlechter Kundenservice

Le lit et surtout les oreillers trop plat en forme de boule de plumes ( ont été changés 2 fois mais aucune amelioration) + fenêtre fermant mal donc insonorisation insuffisante avec route très passante à côté

Pobyt z 17 na 18 sierpnia 2026 roku był rozczarowujący. W pokoju nie było ciepłej wody, a po zgłoszeniu problemu poinformowano nas, że nie ma możliwości zmiany pokoju ze względu na pełne obłożenie. Zaproponowano, że rano skorzystamy z łazienki w innym pokoju, zapewniając, że będzie czysta i przygotowana do użytku. Niestety, łazienka wcale nie była posprzątana, była brudna, śmierdząca i po prostu niehigieniczna. Uważam to za niedopuszczalne, szczególnie w hotelu czterogwiazdkowym. Brak ciepłej wody i konieczność skorzystania z takiej łazienki sprawiły, że pobyt i noc były bardzo niekomfortowe.
