I would never recommend this hotel
- the reception charged me 80 euro’s more than agreed via Booking.com. Staff told me they made a mistake and will refund the day after but they did not. I reminded twice (5 days and 1 week later) asked for an update and an invoice twice but they did not respond on any request.
- this hotel and its staff cannot be trusted. Other people in the que for the reception also had discussion on their charges
- it has 4 stars but the looks are not even close to 1 star hotel (throwback to the 80s, outdated and very ugly)
- the parking garage is only 180 cm high. So larger SUVs cannot park
- the pool is very small

La piscine, très mal équipé en matériel : pieds parasols, transats , pour un 4 étoiles… peu mieux faire. À revoir
Le matelas n'était pas confortable. Impossible de se doucher joint abîmé du coup l'eau coulé par terre
L'emplacement est idéal pour se balader dans Toulon et profiter des commodités du centre ville. La piscine est assez agréable pour se rafraîchir mais très peu de transat et espace assez petit. Les chambres sont spacieuses et assez agréable.
Il n'y a pas de double vitrage ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel comme ça... La nuit c'est donc l'enfer pour dormir, la rue sous les fenêtres est extrêmement bruyante, même avec des bouchons d'oreilles impossible de dormir correctement.
Le prix du petit déjeuner est très sincèrement scandaleux. Il est très petit, très peu de choix, pour 19€ c'est vraiment de l'abus. Pour se garer c'est aussi l'enfer. Si vous avez de la chance, des places sont parfois dispo devant l'hôtel gratuitement, mais sinon il faut payer un parking sous terrain 17€ sans garanti d'avoir une place à votre retour si vous osez sortir vous balader en voiture. C'est dommage, car l'hôtel dans sa globalité est vraiment sympa.

Comfortable beds and a nice pool, but overall this hotel was overpriced for what it offered.
Our second-floor room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes, even the net curtains, and the traffic noise from the main boulevard was constant making it difficult to have a restful night, The shower was over the bath, which isn’t ideal for older guests.
Our grandson accidentally blocked the safe. We were told someone was coming, so we waited in the room for over an hour. We eventually went to dinner, only to find staff had entered our room and opened the safe while we were out, with no communication. Totally unacceptable in my opinion this should have been done in our presence.
Breakfast was also disappointing – bacon, sausages and beans, but no eggs!
Sadly, the negatives outweighed the positives, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
